Anneke nodded. "I see."

[Adofo]

Adofo: Hey, how are you and the cubs doing, honey?

[Iri]

"Fine," Yekize said. "Earlier Zawsze and her siblings nursed."
"Who are Zawsze and her siblings?" Anneke said.

[Adofo]

Adofo: Your ex's three daughters. We took them from him because he was abusive. We're hoping they'll let us adopt them.

[Iri]

"Why exactly are they nursing?" Anneke said, an eyebrow raised. "They look weaned."

[Adofo]

Adofo: Well we think your husband....sorry ex, took them from their mother too early cuz one has very low stamina. So they didn't get enough nutrients.

[Iri]

"All of them have low stamina," Yekize said.

[Adofo]

Adofo: They do? Well okay. You sure you don't want anything to eat, baby?

"No thanks," Yekize said.
"Well, may I get settled in?" Anneke asked politely.
