Tua: We're home!

Simba was the first to come out of the den and greet the couple. "Well you've definitely been gone longer than I thought you'd be!" he said, hugging them both.

Tua: Yeah! But we had an amazing time!

Kiara also came out of the den. She and Marini exchanged a few greetings before walking away together so that Marini could tell her friend about her honeymoon.

Tua: So how's everything been here?

Simba smiled. "Nothing out of the ordinary." The king seemed to be very excited for some reason and he soon told Tua what it was. "Except that Nala and I are, well... we're going to be grandparents soon! Kiara's pregnant!"

[Adofo]

Tua: That's great! Congradulations! And...if I'm going to be honest...in a few days...you can expect Marini to tell everyone that SHE is pregnant!

"Really??" asked Simba, obviously surprised. "That's great news, Tua!"

[Adofo]

(Hey I was thinking...you think Kiara could lose the cub? Like miscarry? It just seems like a good plot point)

Tua: Yeah! Our honeymoon was so romantic! I love her so much!

(What is it with Kiara losing / being unable to have cubs in this fandom? I thought it would be a good way to introdocue a friend or two to Tua and Marini's cubs.)

Simba chuckled. "Well Nala and I didn't really have time for a honeymoon..." he said. Kingdom to rebuild and all that. "But meeting her again in the jungle after all these years was incredible."
