For some reason, when Muroki mentioned that he was hungry, Delano's stomach rumbled loudly. Delano felt embarrassed, but tried to ignore it. "Yeah, I guess we can all eat some." He said. Following the others outside, Delano also grabbed some meat. For some reason, he did not realize how hungry he was until now, and he eagerly tore into the kill.

Umeme followed Muroki outside and also grabbed some meat, choosing to eat next to him. Even though she tried not to look like it, she was very eager to go to the place that Lina talked about.

Muroki and Lina also went over and started eating. Lina ate next to Delano, and Muroki ate next to Umeme. Despite how hungry he was, Muroki ate slightly slower than Delano. Unlike when they were in the training program, there weren't about 5 more lions with whom they had to share their meal, so he wasn't in too much of a hurry. For obvious reasons, he and Delano were the last to finish eating. "Are we ready to go now?" if any of them wished to wait a little longer, he wouldn't mind.

Umeme quickly lifted her head up when Muroki spoke up. "Yes!" She blurted out immediately. "I mean... I am." She added quickly. "I'm ready to go." She didn't know of any reason why the others might want to stay, but she didn't want to answer for them either.

Delano looked around quickly. "I don't see a reason why we need to stay," he said, "So yeah, let's go." He turned to go, with Lina next to him, when he saw Kasi emerge from the den.

"Where you guys heading off to?" Their cousin asked.

Delano frowned. He didn't really want Kasi to tag along. "Oh, some place we found yesterday," he answered. But at the same time, he did remember how Kasi effectively forced him to spend time with Lina.

"Oh, alright. We'll, I'll go and hang out with m friends. Might be back late." Kasi replied, as he turned to walk away. "Enjoy yourselves."

As Delano watched their cousin walk away, he swore that he saw a glint of light shine in Kasi's eyes.

Muroki looked at Delano as their cousin walked away, "Don't you think it's a little absurd that we haven't met our cousin's friends yet?" after all, they have first come to this pride more than one week ago. But it wasn't too urgent, and he figured that maybe they could meet them later. "Anyway, let's get going." he said, waiting for Lina and Delano to lead the way before walking behind them with Umeme by his side. He was quite eager to see just how special was that place.

Delano thought about the question. "Well, no, not really. The're his friends, not ours, so it's fine that we didn't meet them yet," he said, "So, shall we?" He grinned slightly as Lina walked over to his side, and together, the two of them began to walk towards the water hole, Umeme and Muroki behind them. "You're ready to get back there?" Delano asked Lina, smiling.

Umeme walked next to Muroki in silence. She was eager to get to the place, and was busy imagining what it might look like.

Muroki thought about it for a moment, "You're right, I guess he would have introduced us if he wanted to."

Lina smiled playfully at Delano, walking alongside him. "I'm more than ready." for obvious reasons she would never forget that place. Just thinking about it made her want to go back there with Delano, even last night before she went to sleep and felt awfully tired. No matter what was going to happen between Delano and her in the future, she would never forget yesterday.

Delano smiled. "Alright, let's go." They started walking, and as Delano walked, he felt extremely luck to be able to walk, with Lina next to him. He never thought that his life would get this good. Especially not after the dark turn that it suddenly took.

But now, he felt some o his old happiness returning to him. It was a feeling that he had missed for a long time, and was grateful to be able to feel again.

Umeme walked next to Muroki, trying to stay close too him, but not too close as to cause discomfort. She didn't know where they were headed, but right now, just like the day before, it didn't matter.

Lina walked closely to Delano, looking at him every once in a while with a smile but not really saying anything to anyone. At first she didn't really feel like sharing her and Delano's spot with anybody else, but now she was happy that her sister was also going to be able to enjoy it. "You'll love that place, I just know it." she said, looking around at Umeme and smiling at her.

Umeme grinned. "I never said that I doubted you," she told Lina, "I just said that you weren't one of the adventurous types." Umeme then moved besides Muroki, instantly feeling much better by his side. "By the way, how did the hunt go?" She asked him, "I thought that us girls were supposed to hunt, not you guys." She grinned. "If you get too good, we won't have anything to do."

Delano scanned their surroundings as they walked, and saw that they were getting close to roughly the half way point. He was slightly surprised at how quickly they seemed to move, but it could have been just the fact that it was his second time walking here.

Muroki smiled, "It would have been a good idea to rest after we ran so much before trying to hunt..." he said, feeling slightly embarrassed upon mentioning their predicament, especially after hearing Lina chuckle. "I'm sure I wont get any better than you though." he grinned and playfully brushed against her for a moment. He began wondering how long it would take until their arrival, but he didn't care too much, he was enjoying talking to Umeme.
