[Closed] Out of the Pridelands

"Look at this," Simba repeated, pointing out the giant skull to his friend. "Come on, Nala, let's go check it out," the prince said. However, no sooner had Simba finished speaking did Zazu appear from nowhere and land in front of the cubs. "Wrong! The only checking out you'll be doing is to check out of here!" the bird said. "Aw man" Simba stated. "You two are way beyond the boundary of the Pridelands!" Zazu continued. Simba looked at Nala.

Zazu frowned. "Look, Nala, banana beak is scared!" Simba said. "That's Mr. Banana Beak to you fuzzy, and right now, we are all in very real danger," Zazu answered. Simba walked over to the skull's entrance. "Danger? Hah! I laugh in the face of danger! HAHAHAHA!" the cub declared. Right after that came another set of laughs, a horrifying set. Simba jumped behind Nala as three hyenas emerged from the skull. It was a female and three males. The female was Shenzi, the pack leader, and the males were her cousins, the brothers Banzai and Ed. They looked at the cubs and the majordomo hungrily. "Well, well, well, Banzai, what have we got here?" Shenzi asked. "Hmmm. I don't know, Shenzi. Uh, what do you think, Ed?" Banzai answered. Ed did speak, but replied with insane laughter. "Yeah, just what I was thinking, a trio of trespassers!" Banzai said. "And quite by accident, let me assure you," Zazu told the hyenas. As the hyenas got closer, Simba looked at Nala to non-verbally tell her "We shouldn't have done this,".

OOC: I apologize for a third post, but we need to move ahead. Now, it is time for Mufasa to come in.

"Wait, I know you. You're Mufasa's little stooge," Shenzi said to Zazu. "I, Madam, am the king's majordomo," Zazu answered. There was more talking. As that happened, Simba fled, motioning Nala to follow him. As they fled, Shenzi, Banzai and Ed caught Zazu. The cubs noticed him missing and tried to find him. They found the hyenas tormenting him by shooting him out of a geyser. "Hey, why don't you pick on someone your own size?" Simba stated. "Like you?" Shenzi asked in a menacing tone. "Oops," Simba replied. What ensued was a chase, Simba and his friend trying escape as the hyenas snapped at their heels. The hyenas finally cornered the cubs in a large ribcage. Simba attempted to roar to scare them off, but only gave the yowl of a cub. "That was it? Do it again. Come on," Shenzi said. Simba attempted to roar again, but the sound that came out was not his. Rather, it was the roar of his father.

Mufasa raised his mighty paw and smacked all 3 off they hyena's across the face. He was outraged. He eventually had them all pinned. The hyena's whimpered and pleaded. "Silence!" Mufasa roared. "Don't you ever go near my son again"

"Your son? Did you know that?" Shenzi said to Banzai. "No, of course not," Banzai replied. The two of them looked at Ed. "Ed?" they asked in unison. Ed stupidly nodded yes. Shenzi and Banzai looked in horror at Mufasa, wondering what he would do next.

Simba watched the proceedings from his place in the ribcage. He wondered what his father was about to do to the three hyenas.

Mufasa roared loudly. The hyena's ran off, they always do. Mufasa went over to Simba, "You deliberately disobeyed me!"

"Dad, I'm sorry," Simba replied as he exited the ribcage.

"Let's go home!" Mufasa replied sternly.

And so, the group left the Elephant Graveyard, not noticing Scar and Zira on the ledge above them. They walked until they found themselves in a field. Suddenly, they all stopped. Simba looked at his father, then at Nala, then at Zazu and back at Mufasa, wondering what was going to happen next.
