"It was..." Kayla pauses. "It was a cub."

[Stormy]

“A cub?” The Queen asks puzzled. “We don’t have any other cubs in the pride besides Sadie. Not as of now atleast. Are you sure?”

[TheLastLion]

"I'm sure. He appeared to be around Sadie's age." Kayla explains.

[Stormy]

The Queen sighs tilting her head lower, not wanting to deal with this at the time of night. “Since it’s a cub, and you said you chased him off, we can deal with this in the morning.”

[TheLastLion]

"Should I pursue in case he was a scout?"

[Stormy]

"I wouldn't advise it. Even if the cub is some sort of threat, it could as well be a trap leading into something else."

[TheLastLion]

"You're right." Kayla relents. "It's still odd, though."

[Stormy]

The Queen agrees. "Just try to rest up. We'll deal with it in the morning."

[TheLastLion]

"I guess you're right." Kayla concedes.

[Stormy]

The Queen leaves, and the night goes on without anymore signs of the cub.
