"He's an outsider. A male we don't know Aza. He'll end up destroying our pride!" Harbuu growled trying to edge in between the young lioness and the imposing outsider. "No he won't!" Aza responded backing up into Benedict, "he want's to join us!"

Benedict smiled at Aza but not too much to seem like malice to Harbuu he looked up at Harbuu. "How can i proove my loyalty Harbuu."

Harbuu was shocked at this lion's audacity. "You think any of us would believe you?" she asked. "You may have tricked Aza, but that can be forgiven, she is only a young cub and doesn't know much yet. But if you think you would be able to trick one of us then go ahead and try." she snarled. "Come along, Aza. We must get back to the Pride."

"Not without him!" Aza pouted. "He's gonna be my mate. I won't leave him." She declared standing up to Harbuu. "If you won't except him, then I will leave with him."

On hearing Aza's declaration of him to be her mate he blushed bright red like a tomato in the sun. "Er.................................." He chuckled nervously blushing more

Harbuu was shocked at Aza, "You wouldn't dare!" she hissed at the young cub. Aza just looked back defiantly at her. Harbuu knew that she wouldn't get through to the young lionesses and sighed. "Fine, we'll bring him into the pride for your father to judge. Let's see how he reacts to your defiance little one." Harbuu then glared at Benedict, "You come, your fate will be decided by Ruzuna."

Benedict was still blushing but the colour was beginning to fade, he bowed honurably and followed Harbuu from a distance keeping closer to Aza

"So..." Aza said looking at Benedict from the side of her eyes. "If you don't want to join in my pride you don't have to."

He smiled and nuzzled Aza "I vant to Aza." Chuckles and nibbles her ears cheekily "I cant vait to know you better."
