For the rest of the day, the two brothers continued to walk mostly in silence. Eventually, Delano saw that they had gotten well past the first hill, and were now looking upon the second one. And the sun was below the horizon, meaning that it will get dark very soon.

"I think we went far enough," he said. "Looks like there's some sort of cave there. We can see if it's empty." Delano suggested, walking inside the cave. It was empty. "Well, what do you think?" Delano asked. The cave was small, but it looked like it could hold the two of them. "I think it'll work for tonight."

Muroki smiled as they got past the first hill. According to the trainer who said that it would take a day just to get to the first hill, they were actually ahead of schedule a little. He followed his brother into the small cave, "As long as it can help us sleep properly tonight, it's fine." he chuckled, "It would be really awkward if the cave was smaller and we would have to snuggle to each other in order to fit in..." he was quiet for a moment, "Well luckily it's not that small."

Delano laughed a little at Muroki's joke, but lay down anyways near the edge of the cave. "Well, goodnight. Tomorrow we'll look for those rocks, then head back." He yawned and closed his eyes, planning on getting a lot of sleep. Climbing that hill would be hard enough, but then they'll have to search for the rocks as well.

Before he even realized it, Delano fell asleep.

Muroki let out a yawn, "And not a moment too soon." the more annoying part will be looking for the rocks, Muroki did understand however that since the trainer said the hill had to be tall enough, that the rocks were to be found on the higher if not the highest parts of the hill. At least they'll know not to waste time looking where they'll obviously find nothing. Muroki lay his head down on his paws and also went to sleep.

The next morning, Delano woke up when he felt the sun rise and warm up his face. He slowly opened his eyes only to squint in pain as the bright light blinded him. He moved back into the darkness before opening his eyes again. Next to him, Muroki was still asleep, so Delano shook him awake.

Muroki squirmed from Delano's nudging, but opened his eyes eventually. "Come on, it's time." Delano said when he saw that his brother woke up. "Let's go get those rocks."

Muroki frowned upon feeling Delano nudge him, not remembering what they were currently doing and therefor not wanting to wake up. He opened his eyes eventually, and soon remembered where they were. He got up and stretched with a yawn before nodding at his brother, "Alright, let's go." he said, walking outside slowly so his brother could catch up.

Delano was initially surprised at how slowly Muroki got up only to leave the den right away, but he quickly caught up to his brother. They walked together, and Delano looked up at the hill thy were going to climb. "I don't think it'll take us too long to climb it," he commented, "but I don't know how easy it will be to find those rocks."

Even though they had only started to climb the hill, they were already significantly higher than the surrounding savanna. Delano almost stopped walking a few times in order to look around. "You know, this place looks so much better now that we are up here," Delano said.

Muroki looked towards the top of the mountain as they began climbing and sighed. Everything looked bigger once you went closer to it, but he still doubted it will take them too much time to climb it. "It does look better." Muroki admitted, continuing to walk and looking to the sides every once in a few seconds. Once they were done looking, they were practically finished. As long as they found the rocks before the following morning, they'll have enough time to head back.

Together, Delano and Muroki climbed the hill and finally got to the top. Delano looked around, but this time at the ground immediately around them, and not the surrounding savanna. "I hope that the rocks are here, becasue I can't see any," he said. He hoped that they didn't climb a hill without such rocks, because that would man that they will have to go back down and climb up another.

Looking around, the ground was the usual tan and greens. No black though. "Do you have any idea where the rocks might be?" Delano asked Muroki. It was a rather useless question.

(( Are these volcanic rocks we're talking about? Sounds like it from the way we've described them so far - black and found at the top of high hills. ))

Muroki shook his head at his brother's question. "Not really." he said, walking a bit more until he reached the very top before stopping, his body filling with astonishment as he looked at what now lay before his eyes. He was looking at a cliff, but a cliff that also reminded him of a valley. It was just like a hold in the middle of the mountain, going from the top and downwards, surrounded by a round cliff from all sides. "Wow, look at this!" he said, looking down and, to his surprised, seeing a lot of black rocks. "Hey, I see some rocks down there!" he said, smiling for a moment before realizing that they needed to figure out a way to get down there.
