Adofo: Just a little further!

[Iri]

The four walked towards him and finally reached him.
"That's right, that's your father," Yekize said to them.
The five hyenas were looking at each other. All five of them walked out and headed silently toward the dens.

[Adofo]

Adofo: Good job kids! Good jo-.......wait......I smell something......you smell it honey?!

[Iri]

The hyenas were clever. They hid themselves in the cracks of the caves and covered the cracks with the grassy bedding.
"I.. I smelled something just a moment ago!" Yekize said.

[Adofo]

Adofo: Just in case, get all the cubs in the main den. Quick. Everyone inside! Now!

[Iri]

Machui looked suspicious. Ever since Adofo had allowed her to stay she had vowed to repay him by protecting his pride. She growled when she scented hyenas. "It's hyenas, sir."

[Adofo]

Adofo: All hunters! Spread out and find them! You nine! Watch the young ones! Everyone check every crack, hole and rock! No hyenas on my land!

[Iri]

All of the lionesses that he ordered did their duty. Nine of them guarded all of the newest cubs and the hunters spread out in groups to find the hyenas.
Machui and the other hunters were suddenly ambushed by the hyenas. There were more than just five; more were attacking. Many more. All of the hyenas outnumbered the lionesses.

[Adofo]

It was an all out war. Adofo was personally taking on groups at a time. But it was no easy task. Eventually the number of hyenas started wearing down as most ran off.

[Iri]

One of the stronger, bigger hyenas took Machui and bit at her neck, trying to slit her throat. The hyena growled and shook Machui's neck, then attacked one of the other lionesses. Finally all the hyenas ran off.
