Delano nodded. "That sounds more like yourself," he replied, glad that Muroki was thinking properly again. "But honestly, I don't see a reason why she will hate you." He yawned, and started looking for a comfortable spot to lie down at. He found one and plotted down on the ground.

"Look, until we actually get back, there's no point in worrying about it," Delano said, "So try to get some rest so that you won't feel tired tomorrow." With that, he closed his eyes and tried to fall asleep.

Muroki smiled, feeling much better, "You're right. I wont think about it in a negative way at all in the next three days." sometimes however thinking about Umeme helped cheer him up. He lay down some feet away from his brother and place his head down his paws. "Let's ace that course and get out of here already." he closed his eyes, allowing the dreams about his crush to slowly drag him into sleep. He was now more confident than he had ever been in his entire life.

Just before he fell asleep, Delano grinned at Muroki's reaction. But Muroki was right. They will finish their training, and then grab the chance to restart their lives.

The next morning, Delano woke up early. When he opened his eyes, he saw that it was still dark, and the sun would't come up for another short while. But he was too excited to sleep. So he contented to wait next to Muroki for the sunrise, when the'll have to get over to the starting hill. He thought about the task they would have to do. The hardest part will have to be finding the rocks. They were told that they are only found on top of large hills, but the trainer did not say exactly how large. They could climb every hill that looked big, but that will take too long. The trainer did say that the nearest hill large enough was a day away, but would it be of any use?

If everyone will over to that hill, and Delano figured that previous groups also had the same task, then that hill would be quite barren of the rocks by now. So that means that they will have to look for another hill if they would want to succeed.

When Muroki woke up the sun was just starting to rise. He looked around and saw that his brother was already awake. "Morning." he said, getting up to stretch for a moment and then lying back down and looked at Delano. "How long have you been up?" unlike Delano he hadn't considered that the 1st hill will most likely prove useless because of the possibility that many other groups like them have had the same final course. Luckily, Delano woke up earlier and had time to think about that. "I think we have just enough time to finish the gazelle and head for the starting hill."

"Not for long," Delano answered. "Alright, let's grab some breakfast and head to the hill." He got up slowly and stretched before making his way back to what was left of the gazelle. "So when I woke up, I've been thinking," he told Muroki, "The trainer told us that the nearest hill that is big enough is a day away. So I think that he told that more than once to many groups." He bent down to grab some meat before speaking again. "So I assume that by now, that hill is almost barren of the rocks we need to get. And we need two." He ate some more. "Which means that we will need to go to anther hill should we want to pass this thing."

He ate his last bit of meat before looking at Muroki. "What do you think of that?"

Muroki went over to the gazelle and also started eating, listening to Delano as his brother explained what he was thinking about while he was awake. "Hmm, it does make sense... We have three days, only walking there and back will be two. Going up and down will take almost another day. Maybe they want us to get there, figure that there's nothing so that we'll have to run a long run to another hill?" however he wanted to avoid those long runs, he hated them. "If we walk fast like in almost as fast as a run which wont really tire us that much, and run for short periods of time every once in a while, I think we'll have enough time to make it to the 2nd hill."

Delano nodded. "Alright. That should work." He waited for Muroki to finish eating. He again found himself wondering about how Kasi would react to their return. But unlike the previous day, this time, Delano wasn't worried. He was confident that everything would work out fine. He looked at Muroki, thinking how Muroki had admitted his love for Umeme.

Despite what he had said before, Delano wasn't that certain that she would be fine with it. They only knew each other for a few short days before they left. But Delano hoped that Umeme won't react negativity, becasue he knew that Muroki won't be able to take a rejection well.

The sun crept its way into the small den, and its heat brought Delano out of his thoughts. He smiled a little at Muroki. "So, shall we?" He asked, referring to getting over to the hill and start their final challenge.

Muroki nodded once he was finished eating. "Yeah, let's do this." he said, walking outside of the den with his brother as they both headed towards their starting point. Muroki was more than confident that they would have no problem finishing this, especially since they were going to work together and considering that they were not going to make the mistake of wasting time on the first hill. He was already trying to imagine the look on the trainer's face once they were finished.

As they walked to the hill, Delano grinned as he felt his excitement rise. With Muroki, they will be able to pull this off without a hitch. He felt rested, Muroki looked fine, and as far as Delano could tell, it was only a matter of time until they would be free to head back Kasi and the others. As they came closer, Delano saw that the trainer and a few other lions were already at the top of the hill. He forced his grin away in order not to look too cocky and confident next to the trainer.

Delano sat down at the top of the hill and waited for the rest to come. He watched as the trainer paced back and forth, looking agitated over something. That was new for him. Looking at another direction, he saw the rest of the group getting closer. Any moment now, they will start.

Muroki, after sitting next to Delano, also noticed that rather concerned look on the trainers face, which confused him just as much as if confused Delano. Soon enough his thoughts were no longer of that and he was again focused on the course as he saw the rest of the trainees arrive. They should start soon, but the trainer would probably say a few things before they did, maybe remind of what they had to do or even wish them good luck, even though a good luck from the trainer will also be something completely new.
