(Private) NM and Zeke's RP!

"I shouldn't have woke you up early.. I shouldn't have encouraged you to go anywhere.. I could have stopped it" Mila said, still crying. She believed it was her fault for getting everybody into this horrible mess. "If it wasn't for me you would still be fine and not hurt like... like this!" She had lost all control of emotion and continued to sob in front of Zeke.

[Zeke]

"Nah, it was my wise idea to try to race Hok. I'm what got me here, not you, you saved me" Zeke reassured Mila. "Now stop crying, your making me feel bad."

Zeke's words were enough to make Mila smile, but tears still came down her cheeks. "Yeah, I guess your right. I'm not sure what got over me.." she said, laughing while crying. She sniffled. "I'm sorry, I didn't mean to make you feel bad." She said, concerned about Zeke's feelings towards her.

[Zeke]

At that moment, Hokori came walking in with a big chunk of meat dragging behind him. He dropped it down infront of the two and spoke. "Hope I didnt interrupt anything."

"Nope, I'm starving." Zeke turned his head and took a bite of the fresh meat.

"Hey Mila! You moved, feeling any better?" Hokori asked as Zeke chowed down

"Yeah, I'm feeling much better. Thanks Hokori." Mila laid down in front of Zeke and began to eat the fresh meat.

Mila wasn't hungry, and let Zeke have most of the meat. It was quite obvious she was letting Zeke take up basically the entire thing. She just laid in front of Zeke, waiting for something to happen.

[Zeke]

Zeke chewed and swallowed his food and cleared his throat to speak. "Hey, I'm sorry for getting you guys into this mess," He said out of guilt. "You wouldn't have gotten hurt if I didnt run off."

"It's just a little fun gone wrong, nothing big," Hokori said

"Nothing big huh? If it was nothing big, Mila wouldnt have just gotten better and I would be up as well. Hope I didn't get you in trouble."

"Zeke don't worry. Nobody is mad at you. It's not like someone wanted this to happen." Mila said, trying to make Zeke feel better. "I went down and saved you from that gorge because your my FRIEND. To have a friend as good as you is a blessing, Zeke. There's a bond between good friends like that. That bond isn't going to break. I don't care what you do Zeke. Your still going to stay my friend." She said, totally ranting. "Wow. I'm ranting." She giggled at herself. Unable to control her emotions, she scooted next to Zeke and hugged him close. "Don't forget it." She said. She then realized how much Zeke hated attention. Well he's going to hate me for this. I think he should know what his friends think though... Mila thought. Even though she wasn't completely throwing herself at him, she figured it was enough to make him want to scoot away from her and ignore that it ever happened.

[Zeke]

As Mila moved closer to Zeke, he could do nothing but lay there. However this time he did not want to move. Wow, she really likes me, He thought, feeling the warmth of her body on his back. Until now, he had never reakized how good it felt to have someone care about him. He smiled warmly and made no attempt to move. "Thanks Mila,"

Hokori just sat near the entrace to the cave and looked at the two. It's about time, He though as he gazed apon the two lions. To not interrupt, Hokori turned and left the cave, giving the two their privacy.

Mila could only smile, knowing that she had made Zeke feel better. The sudden change in reaction from him was shocking to her. He's not moving away. That must be a sign of something, but what? She wasn't sure. Instead of asking him, she just kept her paws around him and didn't say anything.

[Zeke]

Zeke made up his mind and lifted his foreleg, putting it across Mila's shoulder, hugging her. Her body was suprisingly warm and comforting, so he lay next to Mila in scilence.
