"And I've seen the way Nala hides whenever Scar comes along..."...Sarabi said after a few seconds of silence. "Sarafina, it's up to you...maybe you should go see him?".

[Maleficent]

"Yes, she is very scared of him and for a good reason too," Sarafina sighed. "I would hate for him to pick on her someday. Perhaps you're right, but I am not sure what to say to him."

[Lillian]

"Just tell him what you think needs to be said Saff", Sarabi replied, then noticing Nala waking up, she yawned, opened her eyes and stretched out her front paws. "Morning Mom, morning Sarabi".

[Maleficent]

"What needs to be said?" Sarafina asked nervously. "That I won't be his queen?" She turned and smiled at little Nala. Sarafina licked Nala's head to straighten her fur and then said, "Good morning, my sweet. Did you sleep well?"

[Lillian]

Nala nodded and yawned again, "Yeah for once, I had a nice dream about Simba and me at the waterhole", she said. Nala hadn't forgotten about him, he lingered at the back of her mind. Sarabi smiled at Nala and looked back at Sarafina, "Yes Saffy...and if something happens, just shout for me ok?". Nala looked at her Mom, knowing something was happening. "Mom...are you ok? Is this something to do with...the king", she whispered the last words, her ears going back slightly in fear.

[Maleficent]

"That does sound like a very nice dream!" Sarafina replied with a smile. She wished Nala could move on, but at least she hadn't had a nightmare. Frowning, she deciding that lying might be the best thing in this case and turned to Nala, "I'm fine, thank you. I...I've got to go and look for some food this morning. You stay here with Sarabi, alright?"

Nala nodded and nuzzled her Mom before turning to Sarabi, chatting away about hunting lessons. Sarabi glanced at Sarafina, who was walking away, she had her head down. She was not looking forward to this at all. Soon, she got to the King's cave and stood outside, "Y-Your Majesty? I wish to speak to you".

[Maleficent]

There was a thump from the back of the cave as someone hissed, "Out."

Zira stalked past Sarafina with a sneer. She "accidentally" knocked into her on her way out.

"Come in, come in," Scar called from the back of the cave.

[Lillian]

Sarafina gave an 'Oooft' as Zira bumped into her, "Careful, I am pregnant you know!", Sarafina snarled. She heard Scar and slowly padded inside, not being able to see him properly she kept going, getting further away from the exit.

[Maleficent]

"Hmmph! With whose child, I wonder?" Zira hissed, lashing out at her before waiting outside the cave.

The back of the cave was dark and smelly. Skeletons and other rubbish was littered around the ground. Scar looked up at Sarafina and smiled, "Ah, Sarafina. So you wish to see me?"
