Tanga continued to step back from his three tormentors, but for every step he took backwards, the trio took one forwards...and since they were all bigger than him...early adolescents by now...that meant that they slowly gained on him. Fear built up inside the young, undersized, weakened cub...what would they do to him now? He had run away in an attempt to escape them all, and now here they were...Tanga was sure the treatment he usually received from them was going to be tame in comparison to what they were about to put on him.

As Tanga walked back, Tani, the sole lioness of the trio, advanced even closer, nodding to both her companions, silently signalling for them to split up and surround Tanga, so the little runt could not run when he tried...which the dark, muddy-furred lioness was certain he would...he always ran. He always had been too small and weak...and cowardly...to fight back against her and her companions. And she loved it...she loved the feeling of power and domination that she got from belittling Tanga...but then he had run off, and left her bored. And now that he was back, she was going to do a lot more than belittle him, her claws already sliding out, becoming clearly visible as she envisioned how this would go.

"What's the matter, huh?" she asked in a sickly sweet tone. "We haven't seen in you in ages, won't you at least say hi to us?" she chided, smirking as she watched Tanga continue to back away. She could see the pure fear in his eyes...he knew they were going to be a lot rougher with him than they ever had before, and she loved seeing him so afraid of them. He was even shaking already...no-one was there to defend him, or protect him...it was just them, and him, and all the time in the world. Tani had no intentions of actually killing Tanga...but when she and her friends were done with him, it would make the half-healed wounds she could currently see on him seem insignificant.

But even after several more moments, Tanga still had not answered, and Tani decided it was time to give him a little taste of what was in store. "Hey! We asked you a question, now speak up, you worthless runt!" she yelled, her sickly sweet tone turning vicious and cold, completely merciless. She backed up the words with a swipe from her paw, which caught Tanga unawares, causing him to yelp and squeal in pain as the half-exposed claws left shallow gashes across one of his cheeks.

But Tanga did nothing to defend himself, knowing such a futile effort would only result in even more pain. He simply jerked his injured cheek away from Tani's vicious claws, lowering his head, feeling completely small and worthless already...and they had barely even started. In his fear and self-hatred, he still did not speak, which caused Tani to roll her eyes, looking at her two companions, wondering what they would do...she might be the so-called 'leader' of their little group, but she couldn't really care less what Mwamba and Zamani did right now...she was giving them free reign on their favourite target, and Tanga knew that he was in big, big trouble.

As the lions gained closer and closer towards Tanga, they could almost smell his fear,he was terrified. Zamani and Mwamba always let Tani be the one leading them, she always seemed like the most bossy one of them all,and in all fairness, they didn't want to question her leading. Every time they did, they'd be easily dissuaded. She was strong,a better than them, surely. More reason for them to feel like taking it out on someone weaker, someone like the little cub they were facing right now.As Tani signaled them to split up,so they did,one from the left side and the other from the right. He had nowhere to run anymore. He was alone, and he was an easy pray... When Tani spoke up in her seemingly kind manner, the Zamani just grinned, he thought it was so entertaining watching her play with Tanga's emotions like that. Zamani always liked Tani more than he cared to tell her,he always used to be the one to back her up on everything she was doing, which were usually no good deeds. ''Yeah, why won't you?'' ,he said, only underlining Tani's question. but as Tanga remained silent and continued to back away, the anger in them rose, they didn't like when he wasn't responding to them. Mwamba was on the other side, just grinning evilly and looking at the poor little cub. He unsheathed his claws and looked them, almost sharpening them with his mere glare. He knew he'd have his share of fun today.

As Tani was angered by the lack of Tanga's response, she insulted him and scratched him across the cheek, which made Zamani and Mwamba only more wanting to join in the party. They didn't know what Tani had in mind about whaat they should do to Tanga, but as she looked at the two, they knew she'd let them do with him whatever they desire. It was going to get bloody. But...

As the lions came closer towards Tanga, Nala was still hiding in the grass, waiting for what will happen next. Should she come out or should she remain there? She didn't know what she'd do,but as the lions surrounded Tanga, she knew something was wrong, terribly wrong. She breathed in and wanted to ask them what they were doing, but in the last moment, she stopped,as the lioness spoke up. She asked Tanga to say hi to them, which would have been normal if it weren't with that severe level of cunning and evilness in her voice. Upon the other lion speaking up and the lioness speaking up again, but now directly insulting Tanga,Nala gasped. When the lioness finally scratched Tanga,Nala just exploded. ''Nooo, stop!'', she screamed at them from the grass, her courage coming to show. SHe knew the lion were much stronger and older than her,she wouldn't stand a chance against them. But she also couldn't just stand there and watch what has been happening there. She came out of the grass, firmly standing her ground and looking at them with the most serious smirk she could summon. ''Leave Tanga alone!'' ,she told the lioness, while looking dead into her vicious eyes.

Mufasa and Ardahi were now running as quick as they could in the direction they assumed the cubs went. It was a long time since Mufasa had Ardahi had been in a situation like this. Back then, whenever something was wrong in the kingdom, Ardahi was always there to lend a helping hand to the occasion, which lead to gaining a lot of trust from Mufasa's side, which he also shared towards Mufasa. They were already far away from Pride Rock and still they didn't see anyone. Mufasa was slowly beginning to worry, where were they? As he looked around, he couldn't see anything. But at one point Ardahi thought he heard a voice in the distance. ''Wait...'', he said while stopping, and Mufasa did the same. ''I think I heard something.'', said Ardahi while turning towards the direction where he had heard the voice. The two waited for a few moments and heard another voice, someone was surely nearby. ''Let's go!'',Mufasa said, while taking off. Ardahi ran by his side and they were getting closer to where the voices were coming from.

Tanga, still mentally preparing himself for the emotional and physical agony he was about to go through, was a stunned as the trio in front of him when a small shape shot out of the grass, standing in front of Tani, a serious look on her face as she yelled for Tani to leave Tanga alone. The gold-furred cub could barely believe what he was seeing. Nala had followed him...and now she was defending him from these three? His small mind, so used to the abuse he recieved, could barely comprehend the thought that someone might want to help him, and for a few moments, he was floored.

Tani, meanwhile, was more startled by the sudden intrusion of this new cub than actually shocked, and as she recovered, she gave the newcomer a hard, clearly enraged look...no-one, lion or lioness, adult or cub, ever got between her and her punching bag...especially if it was Tanga. "What's it to you, ugly?" she sneered, tensing her muscular body, her claws remaining unsheathed, almost begging for an excuse to attack this one, too. "Do yourself a favour, and leave us here in peace...you'll get your boyfriend back soon...maybe," she, grinning her sick, twisted smile. She then moved forward. "Now scram...or do I have to make you?" she threatened, raising one of her paws into the air, preparing to strike Nala should she continue to backtalk her.

"Don't hurt her," a small voice spoke up, making Tani whirl around. She almost missed it, but there was no denying it...Tanga had definitely spoken then. His gaze was still focused on his forepaws, and Tani could even see the nervous, embarrassed blush forming on his cheeks, but it had definitely been his voice...he had actually spoken up against her, something Tani, for the life of her, could not remember Tanga doing. That was all part of the fun, he never resisted...so where had this boldness come from. "What did you say?" she asked, glaring at Tanga, almost smiling at the thought of him cowering back down under her cold gaze...he always did.

Tanga slowly looked up, his fear causing him to freeze as his gaze met Tani's...his blush was still prominent, but not from embarrassment, more just a weird sort of nervousness. He was grateful to Nala for defending him, and now he was trying to repay the favour...even if it meant the trio turned their attention back on him. "I-I..." he stammered, before faltering, his courage slipping away under Tani's ferocious gaze, he pulled his gaze away from her, and found Nala, and his courage returned...Nala had defended him...she was the first cub he could ever consider a true friend, and he had to help her. "I said...don't hurt her," he repeated slowly, his voice shaking badly, but despite that, it still held conviction, as his gaze wandered over the older trio, wondering how they would react to this...he doubted it would be very good.

The glare the unknown lioness shot at Nala was very intimidating. She would have lied to herself if she said that she wasn't scared. She was and she had every right to be, she surely stood no chance against the lioness, let alone against the two other lions as well. As the lioness insulted her, Nala backed up, obviously scared of her,but at the same time, her boldness came to show. ''Ugly? You haven't looked at your reflection lately!'' ,she said in a seemingly courageous tone, wanting to hide that she was actually quite scared. ''He's not my boyfriend.'' ,she said while blushing a bit, remembering what Zazu told her about her and Simba. ''Stop hitting him,he didn't do anything to you.'', she told her while looking into her eyes as bravely as a cub could in that situation. As the lioness raised hey paw,Tanga spoke up. Nala couldn't believe that Tanga would be so brave, not from what she saw so far from him. She was happy that she wasn't the only one trying to stop what the older lions were doing, despite the fact that the effort would probably be futile. Even after the lioness turned back towards him, he stood behind what he was saying. Nala was glad that Tanga finally showed some boldness, but at the same time, the attention was back at him...

Then the thought hit her,if they couldn't fend them off, then maybe the mention of some older lion would. The first one on her mind was of course Mufasa, everyone always respected him for his strength and power. ''If you don't stop,I'll tell Mufasa what you did!'', she said in a very cub-like manner, as it could have only been. She just hoped that they'd see that she was alone at the moment, but only at the moment. She didn't know how she'd even be able to tell Mufasa anything if the group continued to do what they did. What if they killed both her and Tanga? The thought froze her and she just hoped that this was all happening somewhere where she could call for help.

_______________________

The two lions, just as startled by the sudden interruption as Tani was, stood up straight and looked at a little lioness cub who came out of the tall grass. She seemed brave to some extent, but they could see that she was afraid. She had to be,whoever interrupted their 'play time' with Tanga wasn't in for any better treatment,at least if they were weaker than them. They just looked at each other and then at Tani and the lioness cub, they were simply watching how the whole conversation would go. However, upon the mention of a single name, their eyes widened. It couldn't be,how could she know him? They closed in on her and Tani, obviously a lot more interested in what the cub had to say. Now that she knew Mufasa, this whole situation had a whole different approach to the matter. They didn't however know what to do. ''Mufasa,eh?'' ,Mwamba spoke up to the cub, somewhat still skeptical of what she was saying. Unline Zamani, Mwamba didn't care that much for Tani's leading, he always thought that she shouldn't act like she always did. But he still played along, not wanting to get in a fight with her,not yet... Zamani however turned towards Tani and looked at her, waiting to see what she'd say about what the cub said.

Mufasa and Ardahi were still running towards they heard the voices were coming from. Still not seeing anything, but they were surely getting closer, there was no doubt that someone was there in that direction. After a few more running, they finally saw something in the distance underneath them. It was a group of lions... One they got closer, they noticed that there were also two cubs. ''That must be them!'', Ardahi said to Mufasa,as they both continued to run towards them.

Tani's face grew more and more furious as she looked from one cub to the other, amazed at their defiance. This new cub had even threatened to call Mufasa, who Tani had heard of, but never actually met...she had been told he was not a lion to be liked or respected, though, and as such, paid it little heed...there were no witnesses aside from Nala, and she doubted the cub would tell on them once her friends were done here. Threats of further abuse were always enough to stop all cubs from dobbing in on them...it was almost too easy sometimes.

But there was still Tanga to deal with...and she still wanted to had some fun with the worthless runt before the day was out. She quickly decided on a course of action, putting on her sickly sweet tone of voice as she addressed Tanga once more. "You know what, Tanga? Just this once, I might actually listen to you," she said, although her tone suggested she was still up to something...even Tanga's small mind did not miss it, causing his ears to flatten as he took another step away from Tani...he knew he had just made himself a much bigger target.

Then Tani smirked as she turned her attention to Mwamba and Zamani, grinning at them, before nodding in Nala's direction. "Deal with her...I don't care how," she said heartlessly, smirking as she turned back to Tanga, advancing on him as a look of horror and betrayal crossed his muzzle. He obviously had not expected that...and that made it even better for Tani. She loved tormenting the runt like this, and the fact that it had been so long since she had last done it made it feel even better for her.

"B-b-but...y-you said..." Tanga stammered, still trying to keep away from her. Her icy blue eyes had that malicious glint in them now...one that Tanga had always associated with excessive amounts of pain. The lioness simply snorted, although her smirk remained at Tanga's continued show of fear. He knew what was coming, that was for sure.

"I said that I would not hurt her, just as you asked...you never said anything about those two," she said simply, emotionlessly, showing absolutely no remorse for the agony she was sure she had just sentenced the young lioness to. "I've kept my word...and now it's just you and me..." her eyes glinted once more as she took a sudden leap forward, landing right in front of Tanga, who yelped in pure fear and, in an attempt to back away hurriedly, stumbled and fell, cowering and whimpering as Tani leaned in close, whispering so only he could hear her. "...and between you and me, I always prefer it when I have you all to myself," she said slowly, her voice full of cold promise.

Then it began, while Tanga was cowering at her feet, she lazily swatted him with a backhanded strike from one of her forepaws, although it was enough to make Tanga cry out as he rolled away. "Get up, you pathetic, worthless runt! Do you have any backbone at all?" she demanded, spitting out each words as she stalked towards Tanga, who was struggling to get his shaking legs under him so he could stand, and perhaps run away. But he knew it was hopeless, and silently tried to prepare himself for the next blow he was helpless to defend against.

The young lioness was growing more angry with every defiance Nala and Tanga setu up to them. Nala was quite certain that she wouldn't walk away easily from this,or without a scratch. As the lioness again turned towards Tanga, she said something usually hopeful, yet in such a cunning matter that the whole kindness the quote would have was replaced by an even more severe threat. Nala frowned as the lioness said so, and gestured the two lions to take care of her in the meantime. She was beginning to doubt if this whole thing was a good idea, maybe her interference cause them both even more trouble that it would've if she hadn't. However, the though left her as she thought of how she'd feel upon seeing someone hurting a cub like they would, with her just watching cowardly. So it was time to face the consequences. As the lions slowly approached her, she lost all perception of Tanga and the lioness, with he own fate at her stake.

Ah the two lions slowly approached towards the cub,one of them, Mwamba snorted at the previous gesture from Tani. ''Who made her boss...'', he whispered to himself, before glaring at Zamani, knowing how he felt about her. Zamani didn't however notice the glare and just looked at Nala. He was sure to have his fun, despite it not being his favorite cub to torture, with Tani dealing with Tanga. ''What's your name?'' ,he asked, while giving out a small laughter.

Nala was now quite scared with the lions closing in even further on her. ''My... My name is Nala.'', she told him, while backing up a few steps. She knew she was in trouble... In big trouble. She wanted to run away but she couldn't leave Tanga alone there, they'd kill him.

Upon the Nala answering the question,Mwamba spoke up,obviously annoyed by this whole ordeal. ''Who cares what her name is,Zamani!'', he said while rolling his eyes. ''It won't matter after we are done with her.'', he said while glaring the terrified cub in her eyes. He could sense the amount of fear she felt and he was loving it.

Nala gasped as the lion spoke up. she didn't know what she'd do. Her mind told her to run, but her heart told her to not leave Tanga alone. With the bigger lion glaring at her,and closing in even more, she asked him nervously, only trying to buy some more time before she was sure to be beaten up: ''Ermmm,what... Is your name?'' However, her question was left unanswered,as the lions closed in even more, growling and showing her their teeth.
They unsheathed their claws and the bigger one raised his paw ready for a blow. She screamed before closing her eyes and hoping for a miracle.

_________________________

Mufasa and Ardahi closed in more and more. They were going as fast as they could, worried of who the lions facing the cubs might be. The cubs could only be Tanga and Nala and it worried them the more if it was really them. Suddenly,as they were only a short distance away, they heard a scream. Something inside Ardahi shook, he just ran up as fast as he could, jumped out of the tall grass and slashed the lion that was standing before a cub. The mere force of the blow threw the adolescent lion the the ground. Ardahi was growling as he stood in front of the young cub, facing the other lion in front of him. He smirked at him with an expression that was everything but pleasant. He was ready for whatever the lion had to throw at him, only to protect this cub.

As Ardahi jumped in front of Nala, Mufasa roared as loud as he could, you could almost feel the force behind the roar through the ground. He growled as he was in no mood to tolerate anything that it looked like what was happening. He smirked at the lion facing Ardahi and then at the lioness in front of Tanga. ''Get out of here!'', he commanded them, making it perfectly clear that if they refused, that he'd make them leave. And it wouldn't be pleasant... At all...

Mwamba, now on the ground, was still dizzy from the attack he suffered. He shook his head and then wiped off his cheeks. His paws were bloody,it was the first time someone drew blood from him like that. He was in shock as he defiantly stood up and looked at the two adult lions, quite intimidated by their presence.
Zamani, who was still smirking at the lioness that hit Mwamba, was startled by the other lions roar. He backed away a step as he called for Tani. ''Tani, what will we do?''

As soon as Tani saw the flash of movement coming from where Zamani, Mwamba and Nala were, she knew that someone was going to interfere. Moving with a speed beyond what many would have expected of her bulky, muscular frame, she darted over to Tanga and grabbed him by his small head in her jaws, causing him to whimper as Mufasa's loud roar tore through the plains around them. If these lions insisted on interrupting her play time, she was at least going to have one last go at Tanga before she left.

When a lion appeared and slashed Mwamba, another one fast accompanying him, focusing his attention on her instead, she backed off a few steps instinctively, keeping herself out of reach of Mufasa's claws and fangs. As the regal lion told them to flee, she glared at him, shaking Tanga lightly to make sure Mufasa was aware of the cub's dangerous predicament...steadfastly ignoring the small cub's sobs as he began to panic. "Back off, mister!" she growled, her voice slightly muffled by Tanga's presence in her muzzle.

Once she reached her companions, she heard Zamani's plea for her to get them out of this, growling at her companion's show of cowardice, she looked at the situation in front of them. She could use Tanga as a hostage...but they had already been given the oppourtunity to leave. But just in case, she decided to distract them a little, in case they were as deceptive as she tended to be. "Fine...if you care so much about this pathetic runt, you can have him!" she finally said, biting down slightly on Tanga's head, her fangs drawing blood and getting a scream of pain from Tanga. She then directed her last words at Tanga. "Always know, Tanga...your family doesn't want you...you are a worthless, pathetic waste of space, and the sooner you die to become the next meal for the vultures, the better of this world will be! Your friends don't love you...they only stop this because they like defying my home and family...you will never be accepted, and you will never be loved. You are alone, runt...just the way it should be."

Taking the oppourtunity to strike him in the stomach one last time with her paw, she then swung her head, releasing Tanga, watching for a split-second as he landed on a small hillside, rolling down it roughly, eventually coming to rest in the grass at the bottom, bruised and bloody...exactly the way she liked the runt. Turning to her companions, nodding to them, before turning and trotting briskly away from the scene, knowing that the adults would be distracted by Tanga for the time being. But she would never forget this day...and she would get her revenge...

Nala still had her eyes closed, just waiting to feel the pain she was about to suffer when a gentle breeze stroked right by her. When she opened her eyes, she saw this big, muscular lion standing in front of her. She then looked to the side to see the lion that wanted to hit her on the ground with a bloody muzzle, quite knocked up. The lion fought him off, he defended her. But who was he? She never saw him... He had this yellow, almost orange fur and a black mane, dark as the night. He was muscular and vicious, yet she wasn't afraid of him. There was something that made her trust in him, she knew that he wasn't bad. He felt protected and secure, her prayers came true.

However, she didn't manage to say a single word, still in shock from the whole situation and my Mufasa and this unknown lion's appearance. She just closed in on the lion and grabbed on to his back paw, afraid of what might happen next.

__________________________

As Ardahi was glaring at the two lions, he knew that they were scared of him and Mufasa, they were still very young and not nearly as strong as them. He was however startled by something completely harmless,as he found the cub that he fought off the lion from wrapped around his back paw, obviously in fear. He sighed in joy, but it was only a mere moment of happiness untill he looked back at the lions, making it clear that if they wanted to get to the cub, that they'd have to get through him. And he was certain that not even both of them together would be a match.

___________________________

As Mufasa spotted the lioness holding Tanga in his jaws, the anger in him rose even more. He would have most rather just jumped at her and took him away, if he wasn't sure that she'd kill him if he tried so. She shook Tanga's head and all Mufasa could do was stay where he was and hope for the best. A growl escaped from his muzzle as she told him to back off. ''Drop him!'', he told her while taking one step forth. He could barely hold himself back, his claws were already unsheathed and his breathing was fastened. His eyes only showed intimidation and anger, his temper was getting to him, it was getting to him bad. After she had commented on releasing him, she, which was to be expected, didn't just let him down. As he bit down lightly at Tanga's head, Mufasa's heart was racing, not only from anger, but also from fear. he was terrified of the thought that he'd let Tanga down. He couldn't... ''Stop that...'', he told her while looking dead into her eyes. As she hit him once again, Mufasa could barely stand still, his paws were literally shaking from the eagerness to save this young cub. But he couldn't attack yet, it would kill Tanga...

Tanga was then tossed to the side and rolled down the hill. Mufasa frowned as he saw Tanga stumble down helplessly. He couldn't believe how one could be so vicious, and furthermore to a cub. But as he looked back from Tanga to the lioness, she was, along with the other two lions, slowly walking away from them. The coldness that could be felt by that light walk only got Mufasa even more furious. They'd pay for what they did, especially her...

He ran after the small group while growling, he wouldn't let them get away with this so lightly, not after what he saw she did to Tanga. He closed in on them with full speed and swooped the lioness from the back, knocking her down. He roared as he dug his claws to her side and rolling her over to face him. He pushed her chest down with his paw and growled.before digging his claws to the under side of her muzzle. He closed in on her muzzle and told her with a growl in his tone: Give me a good reason why I shouldn't rip it off!'' The other two lions were even more startled by this as they only managed to stay their ground. Zamani called out for her:''Tani!'', but didn't dare to take a single step closer.
Mufasa now was glaring at her, completely furious...

Tani was, to state the obvious, stunned when she was knocked off her paws, onto to be rolled onto her back, with Mufasa's powerful presence standing over her, roaring in rage at her, before giing her a very low, very dangerous threat. Distantly, the young lioness was aware of Zamani calling after her, but she focused on Mufasa, a sneer forming on her muzzle, although if one were to look carefully, they would see the hint of fear in her eyes.

"Because, in case you don't realise, my family, and their pride, would be after your head if you were to harm me. And we would not hesitate to make a war out of it if necessarry. Would you really put the lives of your entire pride at risk...over a cub, and a runt at that?" she asked, her fear slowly fading away. She had been told a lot about Mufasa...she knew that he was selfless to a fault, and cared deeply for his pride. And she was confident her words would force the large lion to back off and let her go.

"So..." she drawled on. "What will it be, Mufasa? You let me go...and my pride will never hear of this, simple as that. Or do you care so much for Tanga that you would start a war over his wellbeing?" She continued her attempts to play the king, ignoring his claws in her chin and chest, despite the light stinging it was causing...they were going to leave a mark afterwards, but she couldn't care less...her fun with Tanga had been interrupted...it was time to leave.

----------

Tanga, for his part, did not move once his battered body came to rest at the foot of the hill...it took every bit of strength the cub possessed to simply stay conscious, his vision swimming sickeningly as his whole body ached horribly. If it weren't for the fact that he was only half-conscious at the time, he would probably be sobbing and whimpering at the pain he was in.

He though he was safe...he though Mufasa could protect him in the Pridelands. But everywhere he went, the demons of his past seemed determined to haunt him. He just wanted some pace and contentment in his life...some parents who loved him...some friends who cared for him...a life where he got enought to eat, and where he wasn't teased and beaten every day. But it seemed that this was too much to ask the world for, and the progress Tanga had made in bringing himself out of his shell seemed to have all-but-reversed now, as he simply lay there, hopelessness overwhelming his young body and mind as he wished for the pain to go away...for someone to help and comfort him...

The fear inside the lionesses eyes, who was obviously called Tani since the other lion called her that, could be very easily felt. Mufasa knew that, even though the lioness tried to hide it, was afraid and she had every right to be, because Mufasa was no one you would want to make mad, especially not that much as she did. As she sneered, she started to talk her way out of the situation. As she talked on, everything started to connect. They weren't rogues, they were part of a pride. And judging from what he saw,it must have been the pride Tanga used to be part of. The pride... That supposedly Scar was part of as well. As she told him of that their pride wouldn't hesitate to attack his pride, he once again growlingly talked back at her as he pushed her chest down harder. ''Neither you nor your pride will come anywhere near my pride!''

What she said then was the drop that spilled the cup. She knew his name... I was all clear now, it was the pride that Scar must be part of. He dig his claw out of the underside of her muzzle, drawing a little blood and stood with both paws on her shoulders, not allowig her to move one bit. ''How do you know my name?'', he asked her while looking her dead into her eyes with his teeth showing.

Nala was still shocked from when the lioness threw Tanga away like he was just a piece of dirt. Upon Mufasa attacking the lioness,Nala let go of the lions paw and stepped forward, obviously very worried of how Tanga was doing. She stepped to the edge of the little hill and looked down on Tanga laying at the bottom of it. ''Tanga!'', she screamed down as she ran towards him. By the time she got there, he was almost unconscious. She closed in and nudged his side as she asked him: ''Hey Tanga, are you okay? Please answer...'' She frowned as she felt so bad for him...

All this time, the whole situation was overlooked by someone from on high. No one saw him, but he saw everything from the very beginning. It was Scar... After some rest,he decided to take walk and stumbled upon the group of lions arguing from below where he was standing. He never liked the three pathetic lions that picked on Tanga, but he didn't care much for him either, so he let them do whatever they wanted. With his brothers arrival things started to get more interesting. He couldn't hear what exactly everyone was saying, but he knew that Tani might say something that could blow their cover. Well, blow their cover even more than it already was. He would have to have a talk with her later. He knew that Mufasa wouldn't kill her, he wasn't cold like that. But maybe Scar was...

As the little lioness let go of his paw, Ardahi looked at her and then back at Mufasa who has pinned down the lioness that attacked the cubs. He started walking towards them as he knew that the cub, who she knew could only be Nala, would take care of Tanga. He thought Mufasa could use some help in making his points clear to the three lions. But then something took his attention, he felt like he was watched. He looked up and spotted a lion. It was him... The one who caused him all this agony. He felt tha anger in him rise like it never had before, he was ready to rip him to shreds. With a growl he turned around and started running to the elevated rock where he was standing...Where Scar was standing...
