[Open] Zira Succeeds

Kiara walked a little ahead of Vah, and began to slowly eat from what was left of the antelope. It was obvious that he had caught it a while ago. She couldn't help but worry about her pride, or whatever was left of it, about all those who probably had no choice but to surrender to Zira and the outlanders, unless they somehow won by miracle. But she remembered what Vah said. This wasn't something to be worried about now, and all those worries weren't doing her any good.

Vah walked slowly after Kiara, eyes looking slightly up towards the sky as if he was thinking about something. In fact, he was thinking about how he should tell Kiara about the nightmare he had, however one thing he was sure of, was that he wouldn't tell Kiara that he had died in it. That would probably make her very worried about his safety, and possibly, she might even break down in tears, and that was something he didn't want to try and deal with right now. He was no good at dealing with that sort of stuff, and that wouldn't have changed over a couple of hours.

Eventually, he reached the Antelope, standing opposite to Kiara, and started to eat. He didn't realise that there wasn't too much of it left until now, so he swallowed a bit of meat and looked up at Kiara. "Hey, in a minute i'll go out and hunt for us. We'll need something else soon. " he said, gesturing to the Antelope. "I was planning on going hunting later anyway." He took another small bite of meat, chewed it for a small amount of time, then swallowed. "But first, could I talk to you about the pridelands? I understand completely if you don't want to." he asked, hoping to get an idea of what it looked like and if it had any connection to his nightmare. He was probably just paranoid, but he didn't care at the moment.

Kiara was eating slowly from the bit that was left of the antelope. It wasn't alot, but it was going to be enough for a while and she didn't want to sound rude by asking Vah to go hunt. She however looked at him slightly confused when he asked about the pridelands. "Sure... I guess. What's up?" she asked. She remembered what a beautiful place the pridelands were, pride rock in particular. And maybe telling that to someone will be even fun

Vah was quite glad that Kiara could, and would talk about the Pridelands, the place she once lived, and still loves. Although he didn't want to force her to say more than she wanted to about. "Thanks, Kiara. I was just wondering what the Pridelands actually looked like while you were living in them. I'm guessing that you really liked it, and that it was a very nice place. Or at least, the name suggests it's a nice place." He told her, hoping maybe to get told about the general look of the place. Even if it was only a bit of information he got, he could probably guess at what the rest looked like, and if Kiara's description of the Pridelands fit the look of the place he saw in his nightmare. He didn't know what he would do if they were the same places...

Kiara began to recall what the Pridelands looked like. "Well... It's pretty big. Basically alot of green, there aren't many trees in there. There is one waterhole at the north, and a very big gorge at the south of it. Oh, and there's Pride rock of course. Once you're in the Pridelands, you can't miss it. It's pretty much a very tall and big rock going upwards, and another one pointing at an angle." She tried to use both her front legs to show him the shape, hoping that he'd get it. "Oh, if you climb to the top of it," she continued, referring to the rock that was going upwards, "there's an amazing view."

Vah listnened to Kiara, trying to hear for any similarities to the place in his nightmare and the Pridelands, hoping that the place he saw in his sleep would have almost no similarities to it. Unfortunately, there were similarities, and there were a lot of them. For example, Kiara said that there was a gorge in the Pridelands, and there was a gorge in his nightmare. She also mentioned about there not being many trees in the pridelands. There weren't many trees in his nightmare. A horrible truth started to become clear to Vah, and that truth was that He was in the Pridelands when he had the nightmare.

Just to cement that truth into Vah's mind, Kiara told him that there was a huge rock in the Pridelands, and if you went up to the top of it, you could see for miles around. He was sure his heart missed a beat as he realised that she was talking about the same huge rock that was in his nightmare. He decided that he would try to hide his shock and terror, and not tell her about it just yet. "Wow. That sounds amazing. I can just imagine it being one of the most beautiful places ever." he sighed and looked down at the ground. "Its just a shame that we aren't going to be going back for a different reason than we actually will be going back for...."

Kiara smiled at him saying that pridelands were probably a beautiful place, she couldn't wait to show it to him. "It is beautiful." she said, blushing slightly and looking at him. "Don't worry, we'll think of some way to get it back." she said, not noticing that he was troubled by something else

Vah nodded and smiled at Kiara. "Yeah, you're right, there's got to be a way to get the Pridelands back, and when we do, I can't wait to look around." he told her, still hiding the fact that there was something else bothering him. However, everything that he said to her vas very true, and he was really looking forward to seeing the Pridelands. "Part of me wants to go and see the Pridelands right now." he said, laughing quietly to himself. "But unfortunately, we can't do that..." he trailed off.

Vah then looked back down at the Antelope, thinking it might be a good idea to go hunting. "I think I might go hunting for a little while and see what else I can catch, we're going to need it." Vah told Kiara, his thoughts then racing back to the nightmare he had. 'Who was that lioness in it? I wonder if Kiara would know.' he thought to himself, although he knew that she wouldn't know everything, and that it was probably just a random lioness. Or at least, he thought it was.

Kiara grinned, "Technically, you can. I don't, on the other paw..." she said, before returning to the antelope as Vah suggested he went hunting. "I'll come." she said, leaving the antelope, "I mean, I can't hunt, but you could show me the place a little?"

Vah shook his head slightly, still smiling. "Even if I could go there, I would never leave you, and to be honest, I doubt I would want to go there at the moment anyway, otherwise, I would probably be given an...unwanted welcome." He just shrugged at this thought and turned his attention back to the hunting talk. "Of course you can come with me, but yeah, like you said, no hunting, alright?" He glanced over at the entrance...or rather exit, either one worked, and began thinking about what he would do. "So, what would you rather do first? Watch me hunt, or do you want me to show you around the place a bit more?" he asked her, not minding which one she wanted to do first.
