Adofo: I'm doing all of this for a reason. I'm trying to teach you when to take action and when to listen. Look....me and your uncle grew up without our dad when he was murdered. So we had to learn the hard way about a lot of things. Some stuff we had to re-learn because it wasn't right. My job as your father is to protect you while you grow and learn. I.......I'm not going to live forever.....and when I die.....i want you to be ready. You already know a lot! And you are by no means a failure! But I want you to know as much as you can before I'm gone. I only want the best for you. All that I do is to help. I know it may not seem like it sometimes, but trust me. It is. I know at times I'm doing it out of anger or maybe you think because I'm Vice King.....but no matter what you think.....in my heart, I'm nothing more than your father. I only want whats best for you because I love you! I don't want you to be in a bad situation after I die that you don't know how to handle. .....It's all been for you.

Adena looked at her paws. "Adofo, I can take care of myself."

Adofo: I know you can.....but you still have a lot to learn. And O want you to learn it right. You're a bright young girl.....I only ever want to help. Because you're my girl.

Adena stared at her paws, refusing to turn around. "But sometimes it seems like you're just giving orders because you're Vice King."

Adofo: ......Hey.....I'd never do that to you or any of my kids! With you, I'm your father....period. Nothing more. I promise you.

Adena lifted her head a little, but just stared at the wall. "What about everyone else?"

[I just realized something; I know Adofo apologized and all that, but he was never punished for shoving Gonai off the edge and breaking her jaw.]

(That's because no one liked her when she was a jerk. They were on the edge of exiling her)

Adofo: Family is off limits to me! I'd never hold being vice king over you, your brothers, your sisters or your mother. I barely want to do it with the rest of the pride.
