Realising that he was treading a fine line regarding Ra and Mufalfa, Tanga dexided to sort out her question involving their two newcomers, even though he knew that would probably raise a few awkward questions from her as well. "The female's Kioja, and, well...I think you already know Kamau," he finished, looking from Ra to Kamau to Imani, trying to figure out how this family reunion would go. He felt out of place, and backed away from the group a few paces, letting them settle things on their own terms. this was not something he, as a stranger in Kamau and Kioja's eyes, had to witness, he believed.

"Kamau..." Ra gasped "... Is it really you?" she asked supprised. Her memory of before the fire hadn't returned, and it was as if, for ra, that this was the first time she had met Kamau since they were cubs. Happily, she ran towards him, about to meet his embrace she stopped.

"You! Insignificant... Stupid... Beteraying... Backstabbing... Untruthful... Unreliable... Powerless... Annoyying... Traitirious... Leopard of a Lion!" Ra screamed, slamming herself into Kamau, "Why didn't you look aftere and Imani? I hate you!" she cursed, swiping at his feet, growling and hissing as he replied

Kamau looked down at Ra, and Kioja couldn't seem to take her eyes away from the pathetic lioness. Imani hadn't reacted in such a manner, but even for twins Imani and Ra couldn't be any more different.

"Ra, enough" Kamau spoke, taking himself away from her and looking back at the others. "Like I was saying, you're welcome to stay with my pride and I until you would like to leave". Kioja looked from her leader to the pride, studying their faces. Most seemed fine, but Imani looked like she had some doubts.

Tanga just watched in a kind of horrified fascination as Ra launched a verbal tirade at Kamau, wanting to look away and give them their moment, but unable to. As Kamau repeated his earlier suggestion, his gaze finally turned to Imani, and he could see the doubt in her eyes. "Imani...are you okay? What is it?" he asked, moving close to her, wondering what it was about Kamau's request that was causing her troubles.

He himself, was doubtful. Kamau was a tricky lion to figure out, considering what he knew of his past...and Tanga was not used to having someone so openly offer their home to them. But he also understood that, with their current home in ruins, there was nowhere else for them to go. It was pretty much either go to Kamau's pride, or stay here and slowly starve.

"Phhhh" Was Ra's first reply, and she was growling, Angered by her brothers return, and for her, it was the first time they had met. "Why would we come and stay with you?!" she demanded, thinking it was for the prides best interests. "Everything here is fi...." she said as she dropped to the ground, unconscious again, and not moving.

"Have you seen your..." Kioja started but saw Ra drop to the ground and figured she shouldn't even bother. All she did was roll her eyes and look at Kamau, "she certainly is one for the dramatics".

"Ra!" Imani called out, running over to her and sticking close to her side.

As Kamau scanned over the body of his unconcious younger sister, he looked at Tanga as the bright gold male seemed to be the only level headed one of the bunch at the moment. "I don't think Ra realizes the danger, not to mention hardships, of staying here while you all wait for the lands to flourish once more" he explained. "At least where I live with my pride, you'd be more able to have a life similar to the one you had before". Kamau looked down at Imani and Ra, "and they'd be able to see their nieces and nephews for the first time..."

Tanga's jaw dropped as Ra collapsed mid-sentence. "Ra!" he called as Imani ran to her sister's side, he took a few steps, then stopped as Kamau addressed him. "I understand Kamau. But I really hold no influence over her...or even Imani, for that matter. But I'm sure she'll see sense in the end...she'll be putting her own cubs in danger if she stays here." He looked over at Ra, before turning back to Kamau. "Nieces and nephews, huh? Well, I'm sure Imani will get along with them brilliantly, at the very least..."

He trailed off when he saw Ra start to shake, going into shock. "Ra!" he ran to her side immediately, nudging Imani to get her attention as he put his paws on her forelegs, using his head to hold her head and neck still. "Keep her still, don't let her shake!" he cried, fighting to hold her down. He had seen his mother do this to his father once, telling him that really bad things can happen in you don't stop the shaking...possibly death. "Come on, Ra, keep it together...for your cubs...don't do this to them."

Auni had been shocked into silence when Kioja had smiled at him. That one simple gesture had made her already nice looking face seem radiant! At the mention of going to live in the outlands, he had his doubts. There was very, very little to eat there, that much he knew just by looking at it, but they didn't seem to be another alternative.

Then they had run into Kamau, with Ra, thankfully unharmed, on his back. She had then preceeded to wake up and shoot a verbal tirade at her older brother (understandable) and faint, drawing them back to the matter of finding a safe place to stay.

Kamau had mentioned his pride. Auni thought this was a good idea. Kamau was a blood relative of Imani and Ra and if his lands could support his pride there must be enough prey for them. But unable to speak and panicking at the sight of Ra convulsing on the floor, he couldn't voice his thoughts.

Instead, he went over to Ra, nuzzling her to calm her down, inwardly praying she would be ok.

Kioja watched over the whole thing, admitting to herself that she was slightly shocked by the amount of drama going on in this pride. Sure there was probably drama in every pride in the Pridelands, but she never expected anything as big as this. There was family fueds, romance, and the villain defeated in the end-- all the makings of a teenaged romance novel (kinda sounded like 'Twilight' but without the vampires). "Sheesh, you all sure know how to make something so simple into a making of catastrophic doom" she commented. Some people might have thought she was speaking just for the sake of saying something, but in reality, it was Kioja's keen eye for detail that brought her to many conclusions.

Kamau looked at his young female pride mate and then back at the others, "maybe it wasn't such a good idea that I came here".

"I could have told you that..." Kioja said under her breath, bringing Kamau to look at her with a glance of warning over his features, which made her revert back to her quiet and deadly looking self once more.

Imani looked up from her sister to the two foreign different pride mates, and then back down at her sister. She then took her eyes over to her mate and gave him a questioning look. It was obvious that she didn't know what to do or say at this point, so she was hoping that he did. Her loss for words could only make her look at Auni would could possibly console her, but all she saw was his flustered face from looking at the dark lioness who gave him a small smile before she went back to being her old self. "Maybe we just need to sleep on it", she turned her head only to see the sun coming up, "...so much for that plan".

"I'll watch over Ra--"

"So now you choose to be a helpful brother..." Imani whispered to herself, catching Kioja's attention at the slam made towards her leader and best friend, not to mention the lion who took her in when she was forced away from her parents. The tan lioness looked at Kioja, and pulled her eyes down to the ground and then took in a breath. "I...I can watch over her and the rest of you can go to sleep" she finished. Maybe that will keep me safe for a while until I can figure out a plan of action for this pride.
