Growing Up [Private: TheLastLion & Stormy]

[Stormy]

"Oh." Jay whispered back quietly. As if sensing his arrival, Kaylee began to wake up after her long rest. She stretches out before standing, and before walking straight into a wall.

[TheLastLion]

"She's quite a handful. It's almost fortuitous that you came here with her, because you need all the help you can get."

[Stormy]

"N'Kalla, yeah. Kaylee is more relaxed." Jay says, as Kaylee walks into ANOTHER wall. Jay's facial expression turns into something of concern. "Kaylee? Are you okay?" Her ears poke up as she heard her name and she turns her heard and looks around as if to look for who said her name. Something was wrong.

Kayla waved to get Kaylee's attention.

[Stormy]

Kaylee makes no response to the wave even as her head turned towards Kayla. She didn't see it. Her head continues to turn as she looked around.
"What the hell.." Jay says rushing over to Kaylee. He takes her head and faces it towards him and waves his paw in front of her. "Kaylee, follow my paw."

As Jay moves his paw in front of her face, her eyes don't follow. Her eyes continue to look straight forward. "Oh my god." Jay says with a shaky voice. He wasn't sure what to do, but he did notice slightly grey spots in her pupils.

(Poisoning or a black eye?)

[Stormy]

(Just blind. She'll be able to learn and push through it successfully though. Awfully sudden, I know. But this is fiction anyway lol. This is also a way I’ve decided to make sure the sisters aren’t too similar, besides one just being outgoing and one being mellow.)

“Kaylee, you can hear me, correct?” Jay asks. Kaylee’s ears poke up once again as she hears her name. “Yes.” She responds softly.

'"Can you see us, sweetie?" Kayla asked soon after.

(Okay, I see now.)

[Stormy]

She takes a moment to respond as her more apparent greyed out eyes continue to look forward. “No." She responds. Jay releases her head upon the sudden realization that Kaylee had somehow become blinded. Since Jay released Kaylee, she again begins to start turning her head in all sorts of directions to try to figure out where she was at. "Hello?" She says absolutely confused to what was going on, her facial expression almost looking a bit scared, as she also didn’t what of what could have been around her.

"Jay.... I think she might be blind." Kayla said as she tried to process what was taking place in front of her along Jay.
