Buffy smiled at Nevaeh's success. "She sure is a fast learner!" Buffy said while looking at the tiny cub standing for the first time. Just then the sunlight reached to where they were standing and everything felt so much warmer and happier.

Nevaeh put one small paw forwar, wobbling a bit. Instead of falling, she dug her claws into the dirt to prevent her from fallig down. With one paw after the other, she began to walk, no stumbling afterwards. Soon, she was right in front of Vitani. "I did!" she mewed softly.

Yes you did!,Vitani said. She picked up Nevaeh and put her in her paws and craddled her.

[Buffy]

Buffy was so proud of Nevaeh! "You did it, little one!" She said and smiled. Just then, Timon came back from breakfast. "Nothing is like a nice meal of crunchy grubs" he said and smiled. Then he remembered Nevaeh. "So, did I miss anything?"

Well, you missed Nevaeh's first steps!,Vitani said.

Nevaeh continued to stand where she was, then turned to Timon, with a huge self-satisfied grin on her face. "I walked-ed." she declaired proudly.
