"Come on, let's find a safe place," Cheza said as he broke into a run. He was determined to care for his mate the best that he could. Soon, they were back at the cave. "We're here," he said in the most comforting tone he could muster.

Kipekee was in no mood for comfort. She was in so much pain, she felt like she was going to die.Kipekee lay down and the contractions came, "Cheza it hurts to much!" she screamed.

"Keep calm, soon it will be over," Cheza said, hoping to keep her calm. The last thing he wanted was for her to panic.

Kipekee soon gave birth to one cub, then another, then another!!! Soon there were 3 little cubs all suckling off there mother. "There so...small...how am I going to cope!" she thought to herself.

"They're so tiny," Cheza said to himself. He then looked at Kipekee. "Are you feeling ok?" he asked, hoping that she wasn't hurting too much.
