Kali gave Busara an odd look. "He feels better knowing that we left him because he was small and dying?" she asked, confused. That was something she had not been expecting at all. When she had first seen Tanga, she had been convinced that nothing good could come of the son they had left for dead returning to them...now, however, Busara's words were starting to get to her. She still believed she had done the right thing at the time by leaving Tanga...but she was becoming less fearful of his intentions.
