Yekize sleepily murmured, "Good night" and fell asleep.
The next morning, Yajing went over to an already awake Gonai. "Hello."
"What?" Gonai growled.
"I want to be your friend. Deep down, Gonai, I know that you're nice and friendly!" Yajing said. "But you just don't wanna show it!"
"I'm not cuddly and cute. Never have been, never will. Understand why I don't have a mate? Because no one likes me. And I want to keep it that way," Gonai said.
"But, Gonai, I like you! I want to be your friend!" Yajing said.
Gonai growled and shoved her away, not enough to hurt, but from a distance, it could look like she was deliberately harming Yajing. "Just leave me alone," she snarled.
