Marini then noticed the two cubs sitting right a short distance away from her. The adorable look on their faces brought a smile to her muzzle. "Are you two okay?" she asked, wondering how confused and shaken-up were they about today's events.

Mzuri smiled over at Marini. "Yes ma'am we are fine." Mufalfa said, "Don't do anything right now. Just help her when you can and act as her friend." Kujasiri just nodded.

Dakari then said, "It's kind of been a long day..." he said, looking down at his paws. Marini understood the cub and smiled at them both, "You must be tired." she said, allowing them to cuddle up to her like last night if they wished to.

Mzuri looked at Dakari. "Up to you." Meanwhile Kujasiri just laid down about 50 feet away from Fadhili. Mufalfa came back over to Marini and smiled. He said to the cubs, "Dakari, Mzuri what you saw today shows you how some lions are not all good. Some are pure evil."

Dakari went over to Marini and laid down next to the lioness' belly, finding her fur really warm. He then looked at Mufalfa and slowly nodded, "I understand sir."

Mufalfa continued talking. "Good. Because when you are in my position you will have to judge lions by their character. Hopefully you will do a better job than the stupid decision I made by letting that lion near my sister." With that he walked away.

Marini then said to the two cubs, "I'm going to sleep. You can stay up if you wish but don't leave." she didn't want the two cubs wandering around on their own in the middle of the night. Not after today's events.

Mufalfa laid down a few feet next to them and went to sleep. Soon a new adolescent showed up wanting into the pride. "Hello ma'am? Sir?"

Dakari, still not asleep and still jumpy after everything that had happened today, quickly crawled and hid under Marini's foreleg.

The adolescent tried to get everyone's attention. "Hello?! Hello?! Ma'am?! Sir!!!" Hopefully that would wake them up. Mufalfa woke up. "What is going on here?"
