"Relax. If she goes to far, it'll be the end of her." Baya whispered into her ear as he gave her ear a bit of a nip. The lioness snorted.
"Best I leave you two alone, huh? Got some cub making to do." The lioness said with a sick sneer. Baya gave her a bold gaze.
"There will be time enough for that when we have our own lands." Baya murmured with a frown. "Now silence yourself, before I shut you up." Baya warned with a wide toothed grin. Eventually they got to pride rock, and Baya was stopped by Simba and Kovu near the bottom. Baya could already sense alot of tension.
"We've been speaking with the others, Baya." Kovu began with a saddened face. "And we feel...you are a tad bit unrefined. I tried to convince the others you were safe with Vitani around...but...they don't believe me." Kovu said with a heavy sigh.
Baya cackled surprisingly as he looked to Vitani then at Kovu. "You are going to ask me to leave?" Baya growled, his eyes narrowed for a moment. He helped train Kovu. He helped him fight for this position. He helped him keep rogues out of his lands, and he was asking him to leave? Baya supposed it wasn't too bad, simply because he was planning on leaving anyway.
"If you put up a fight, you will die, and I'm sure Vitani doesn't want that." Simba warned. "Leave in peace."
"In peace? I'd be more than happy to. Vitani and I have been talking as well. We were planning on leaving, but we were going to tell you in a few days. Though it seems your cowardice has grown far more severe, you puppet." Baya spat bitterly at Kovu.
"Puppet? I'm thinking of the others..."
"You know me better than any of them, and yet, you side with their belief that I would erupt in random violence?" Baya murmured with a shake of his head. "If it weren't for me and Vitani being mates, I would kill you for your weakness. As for you..." Baya said turning to look at Simba.
"You are far too old to be running your mouth at a young rogue. If it were not for your numbers, I would've killed you long ago." Baya said with a sickening cackle. Simba let out a roar in response, taking a challenging step towards Baya. Baya felt the need to jump into battle, but thought of Vitani and what they would create together. No. This battle was not worth fighting.
