"Ha, that buffoon didn't know anything. I was out on a hunting trip when those poachers showed up. They did attempt to shoot me, but only got me slightly on my arm." She pointed near her paw, so he could see a slight scar there. "They had no aim."

Riu woke up once again, too terrified to rethink all that just happened in her mind. Why would these things keep coming to her? What had she done that she doesn't remember? All of this made her only feel ill, and she laid her head back once more, now staring at the grass ahead of her.

[Adofo]

Mala: I'm just glad you're okay! I'm sorry but....I have to go find Riu!
He looked around for a bit and finally picked up her scent. After a long walk, he saw her laying down. And from the looks of it, she'd been crying.

[Labatis]

Riu turned her head a bit, noticing familiar paws. It was Mala! Despite the joy she felt in seeing him, she was in no mood to be chatting. She was overwhelmed by the thought of having these cubs, in fear of only hurting them. Not only was she stressing out, she had gotten very upset, and felt like hurling. It was probably normal to be so worried she was feeling sick. Either way, she felt like she needed to be alone. Without a word, she got up, moving deeper into the woods.

[Adofo]

Mala ran after her.
Mala: BABY! What's wrong!?

[Labatis]

"N-nothing." She forced herself to answer. What good was it to tell Mala? Running from your fears was not what she was taught, but that's all she could do. Whenever she had cubs, she'd be reminded of what she's seeing. "I-I have to go." She spoke, running as fast as she could away from Mala. She needed to be alone for a bit. When she felt she was far off, she laid back down. Within minutes, she finally got some sleep.

Riu opened up her eyes, appearing to be in the same area where she fell asleep. She was obviously far from the Pridelands. She looked up at the darkened sky, seeing dark gray clouds lurk over her. 'A storm. That's all.' She sighed, relieved. Sooner or later, just when she felt things were back to normal, a familiar figure appeared. It looked like that intruder from a long time ago, the day she joined the pride! What was it doing here? Finally, Riu noticed it was a male king cheetah. 'Odd. What is a king cheetah doing around these areas anyway?' She cautiously backed away, frightened by his random appearance. He only caught up to her, staring at her.
"I remember you. Little miss desperate." He sneered. "And you obviously are expecting cubs. Typical.." He let out a growl of annoyance.
"Why are you here? You have no reason to be in the territory!" She spat, her neck fur bristling.
The cheetah chuckled. "Last I checked, you were far off from the Pridelands." He looked around himself. Riu began to circle him. "Then tell me why you are following me!"
"Whoa whoa.. You are freaking out over me? Don't you have cubs to be worrying about? I don't understand you lionesses."

Within seconds, there were cubs running around, and once again, the king cheetah showed up.
"Now let's take a look here... six little cubs. How cute." Suddenly, one dropped, lifeless. "Whoops.. five." He chuckled, clearly enjoying this. He was about to place a darkened colored paw on the other cub, before Riu shouted with anger and sorrow.
"Stop!" She yelled, tears forming in her eyes. Then the cub he was about to place a paw on laid down, instantly feeling ill.

Before more happened, Riu shook herself awake, the tears still in her eyes.

[Ha! Brought up that intruder! >:3 Mystery it is indeed.]

[Adofo]

Mala: RIU!? RIU!?!?! Oh...Riu! Baby, please don't run away like-.....baby, what's wrong!? Don't you run again! Tell me!

[Labatis]

Riu looked up at Mala, then back to the ground. "I'm just losing my mind probably." She pushed out, her voice still choked up.

[Adofo]

Mala: ......is this about the cubs?

[Labatis]

Riu didn't reply for a bit, and when she was finally calm to reply, she said, "Yes. I'm seeing things constantly about them, and they are never good. Sometimes I see it when I know I am awake, but it's more of a daydream."

[Adofo]

Mala: What do you see? It's okay. YOu can tell me anything.
