Ahadi and Uru's Story (Private, KK44 and FlamingBee)

He scoffed; "My own mate doubts my judgment." He slunk further back in the cave, calling behind him; "You think I'm destroying myself, go with them and let your own mate wither...." He was spiralling into self-pity, unaware of the truth of it. Maybe Harufu would know this...

OOC:- just to say, the like narrative is cause I think Mohatu wouldn't let himself think at this point. Oh and you choose is Harufu goes, but it might work better if she didn't? Maybe she understands he'll come to his senses I dunno :S

Harufu went to Mohatu. "I will never leave your side, my love. However, I want you to bring your son back and let him marry his love," he stated.

He shook his head, replying gruffly; "He choose his path..." Before slumping by the wall, hiding his face in his paws as he tried to hide his tears.

Harufu went to comfort her mate. Meanwhile, outside, Ahadi looked at Uru. "We're free, Uru. We will found our own pride and you will be my queen," he stated.

Her eyes were still wide with terror; "I knew this was a bad idea!" Her tail drooped and she looked sadly at the ground; "I've ruined everything for you..."

Ahadi shook his head. "You haven't ruined everything for me. You've given me the chance for something I've never had: the chance to make my own choices," he said.

She smiled meekly; "Just returning the favour...."
Johari snorted loudly, causing everyone to glare. She rolled her eyes; "Sorry, but what are we supposed to do now!? She's ruined everything for the rest of us instead!"
Nubia bristled at the insult to her friend; "No one forced you out the cave, princess!"
Masara hissed at Nubia to 'keep it cool'.
Uru was slightly fazed by the drama.

Ahadi stepped in. "Johari, if you want to return to your home, you may," he said. He then looked at Uru. "Now, we establish our pride," he said.

Johari laughed; "You think I'm gonna miss the fun!? Life's boring where I live, stuff like this never happens. I think I have more than one reason to stick around anyway..." She caught Omar's eye.
Uru noticed, but this made her think; "Aren't there two other males who could come too?"

Ahadi nodded. "Yes, Babkak and Cassim, my other friends," he said. He smiled. "I'm sure they'll be willing to come along," he added.
