"Of course!" Shiku bent down, to where she was in perfect view. "Hello little ones. I look forward to seeing you all. Grandma loves you." She spoke, even though she may not be able to see them. After all, she was only meeting at the border to visit. "I'm in the woods, often. Mala, mind if you tell me when the cubs are born?" She asked him hopefully, looking up at him then sitting herself up.

Riu couldn't help but smile as Shiku spoke to her soon-to-be-born cubs. Yes, she did find it awkward when lions and lionesses would talk to her belly, but she looked pass the thought, knowing they only meant to speak to the cubs.

[Adofo]

Mala: No mom! YOu're living with us! I'll talk to the kings!

[Labatis]

"Mala, I wouldn't do well hunting for a pride, you know that. I'll just be another mouth to feed."

[Adofo]

Mala: I'll convince them! Please Mom! Let me try! .....I'm not letting you go again! Please just let me ask them once! Please!

[Labatis]

"Oh... alright. But on one condition. Let me help you with your cubs, so I can make myself useful. Alright?"

[Adofo]

Mala: Okay! What do you think, sweetie?

[Labatis]

Riu nodded. "I don't see any harm in doing so." It would be nice to have a lioness to help with the cubs. Besides, she had no mother to turn to, since she was exiled.

Shiku let out a grin. "Then it's settled then! We should let the kings know." It brought back sweet memories of when Mala was a cub whenever she was allowed to help raise cubs. For a while she'd been traveling, every once in a great while finding pregnant lionesses who needed assistance in some sort. Usually it was when they were giving birth, or worrying about caring for them.

[Adofo]

Mala: Great! Let's go talk to them!

[Labatis]

Shiku was full of excitement, both for being able to see a pride again, and to be reunited with her son.

Riu followed along, already seeing the Priderock in the distance.

Mala guided them to the two brothers.
Mala: Mother, this is King Simba! ANd this is his older brother, Vice King Adofo.
