Adena curled around Ua. "Either way, I'll make sure nothing happens to her."

"We won't let anything happen to Ua," Baofeng said. "Right Maple," "Right," Maple agreed.

"I know. We're her family now," Adena said.

[Baofeng]

Maple and Baofeng nodded in agreement. "We're family," Baofeng agreed.

Ua smiled and snuggled up against Adena.
The first day of snowfall was cold and frosty. The wind was wailing and the frost was cold as it hit them.
"It's c-cold!" Ua murmured, burying her face in Adena's fur.

[YUS! This will be like the winter in 2013. Remember all those days when it was like -8 degrees?]
