Marrone's grey eyes flickered with sadness at Delano's words, "Tempesta, follow Delano and bring Nyembe to me." he ordered. He sat beside Mheetu and looked up at Vitani, "Himili will heal him Princess.." he whispered trying to calm her down. He looked to Alma, "I will find out, Delano will bring him."

Tempesta nodded and quickly bounded off after Delano, even though he was already far ahead of her. She approached them slowly and saw Delano confront the lounging Nyembe, a knot in her stomach at the problem's arising.

Mheetu grumbled and felt the pain go through his shoulder, he barely opened his green eyes. "ughh...help.." he muttered in between big gasps.

Alma looked down at her paws and awaited for Delano to bring Nyembe she was hoping it wasn't true.

Delano finally found Nyembe, and walked over angrily. "Nyembe!" He called out to get the other's attention. "Get up right now! You have some explaining to do!" Nyembe got up, surprised at the noise, but didn't seem to be worried. Either Maximus lied, or Nyembe was bluffing. Delano walked right up to him, and stopped. "Tell me right now why you ordered Maximus to attack Mheetu! Tell me why Mheetu is unconscious and bleeding at this moment, because of your orders!"

From behind them, Delano noticed that Tempesta had arrived. "I told you not to follow me!" he snapped, but didn't let his guard down. Despite Nyembe's attempts at looking innocent, the prince turned fearful under Delano's glare, but didn't talk. Delano didn't want to wait. "If you don't start talking, the only thing left to do will be to bury your body after I'm through with you." He threatened. "So start talking."

Vitani was still in shock. Her best friend was attacked, but not by Maximus. By Nyembe. Little did everyone know, Vitani did not want Nyembe now, she needed Mheetu. "Hush Mheetu. Everything is going to be okay." Whispering, she licked his pale cheeks. Hoping she was right.

Maximus didn't want to be seen by his family and friends. How dare he attack a friend, over his rulers jealousy. He had a good reason; his family. Nyembe was now in trouble, he was too. The eyes of many watchers tingled his fur, he could feel them watching him. Making sure he didn't get away.

When he snapped back to reality, he realized no one was watching him. Just his own reflection in the water. Lifting a paw, he smashed the mirror-image-water. He was a monster. A disgrace. Walking off, he noticed Delano getting followed by Tempesta. He didn't care, he just kept walking. How dare I. Though Maximus, trudging through the forest. Entering a clearing, he collapsed. Closing his eyes, not wanting to see if anything crossed his path. Or came to attack him. He just wanted to be alone.

Nyembe glared. "Vitani is mine, Delano! You hear that? She's mine! I won't stand for her to marry a commoner!" he shouted.

Alma heard the yelling and shouting she wasn't far from the den. "Damn, he did it didn't he!" Alma said angerly.

Delano was about to lose his temper with Nyembe. "Yes! Yes, I know that you are betrothed to Vitani!" he said furiously, almost shouting. "But... to order Maximus to kill Mheetu? What were you... thinking?" Delano was so furious, he struggled to form coherent phrases. "You... You're supposed to show Vitani how you will make a good husband!" He shouted. "Instead you try to kill her friend?"

Nyembe didn't move. "She's a princess! She should want to marry me!" he snarled.

"Great my son is a killer!" Alma said angerly. She walked over to Vitani, "Um, Vitani. I'm sorry Nyembe did this to Mheetu. I guess you and Nyembe together is terminated?" Alma stated.
