A month later Kilio was dragging herself to visit Wadogo. She suddenly saw a mouse and tried to hunt it. She reached her paw over, but it was smacked aside. She was grabbed by her scruff and thrown into a huge stone canyon wall. "Oof," Kilio grunted. The lioness loomed over her and unsheathed her long claws. "Don't hurt me," Kilio whimpered.
The lioness growled and raked her claws across Kilio's flanks and legs. "No one hunts my friend!" she snarled.

[Adofo]

Adofo: HEY! Back off!!!!!!!
Adofo swiped up Kilio in his arms.

[Iri]

Kilio moaned. Sumato ran away, not wanting Adofo to attack her.

[Adofo]

Adofo: Baby you okay?!

[Iri]

Kilio coughed. She was bleeding. "I'm... fine," she croaked.

[Adofo]

Adofo: I need to get you to Arida!

[Iri]

Arida rushed into the field. She was carrying a load of herbs. "No need for that." She gently set Kilio on the ground. "She'll be scarred for life. But she'll be okay." She applied some herb poultices and mixes onto Kilio's wounds. Kilio grunted. "Agh!"

[Adofo]

Adofo: It's okay baby. It's okay.

[Iri]

"Let me handle her. I've got this under control. You can go back to Yekize. I'll bring her back in a moment."
A few minutes later, Arida returned with Kilio dragging herself behind her. "Go into the den," Arida said gently to Kilio. Kilio nodded and crawled into the cave.

[Adofo]

Adofo: Yekize....I'm really worried about her.
