Grunge ignored the cub who was all over him, and looked straight ahead like Adeola was doing. When does your father return? he asked nervously. That was an encounter he wanted to have behind him.

@VitanisMate: Adeola shrugged and looked back down at the two cubs. She leaned her head down right beside Ekwu's ear and whispered so the female cub could hear, "the only reason she's saying those things is because she likes you" she gave him a lick and pulled her head up to look back at the lioness.

She looked down at the female cub, "it's nice to meet you. I'm Adeola".

@SilverSimba01: How many lionesses would she have to deal with who claimed to have a 'connection' with her cub? Sheesh, she thought. Once she was sure she was out of the way of having any other animals try to swoop up the cub, she put Kamy down and walked on. They were right beside the savannah so it was nice and cool.

@SnowyCheetah: "Daddy should be back any moment with mommy" Malaika said over her sister about to say the same thing but with less enthusiasm and more 'mother and father' than 'mommy and daddy'.

Sure enough, true to her words, Tendai and Zuri appeared over the hill with a large antelope in their grasps. "Lunch time" Tendai boomed, the others except for the two sisters going to get their share.

@Nakisisa: She would share what she wanted, not what she needed to. "I grew up in the Pridelands with my father and mother, and my brothers and sister. Lived there my whole life, and never once have I been out of those lands. No adventure; just a boring old responsibility to keep and if I didn't, then father would...he would, just, not be very happy with me. And never let me hear the end of it". She layed back down and sighed out, "but man, have I had a lot of baggage here...". She thought back to all the things she experienced in the Pridelands and how much she was happy to leave everything behind her.

Naki stared at her. "Your not a good lier at all" Naki said. "Now please tell me Everything about your past" he said firmly. Looking at her, her mouth said one thing, and her eyes said otherwise. This was always the case with new rouges.

@Nakisisa: She got to her four paws, "look, I know you're my 'teacher' and everything, but when it's too personal, I leave it out" she told him, looking up at the sky. The wind was starting to blow a nice cool breeze through the lion's and lionesses fur and it felt wonderful after there being nothing but hot sun.

"Whats it about?" Naki said looking into her eyes, "Family?" No change. "Yourself?" No change "Romance?" Change, Bingo he had her. Her eyes showed a change in tone, and if you'd been a rouge as long as naki, you could read those sorts of expressions like the clouds in the sky.

@Nakisisa: Adeola furrowed her brows and let out a snarl as she walked away. It wasn't a snarl because he had guessed it, but it was more because she didn't want him to know because it was too personal for her. Once she was far enough away from him, she sat down and let her head drop a little as she started to silently weep. It was soft, but it was about something very harsh.

That will need work on Naki though, Ill press her for details later. "Adeola," Naki said walking up behind her "Come on we need to sleep" he said sitting beside her. "Tomorrow, Your trainig intensifies"

@Nakisisa: "Then go to bed," she told him, "I'm fine right here".

With that she dismissed him with her body language as she rolled herself up and wrapped her tail around her body. She wasn't pleased with him and she would let him know that for the obvious.

Ekwu stuck his tongue out and said, "Yuck! Grandma NEVER say that again!" The female cub heard and yelled, "I do not like him!" Nemu laughed and looked at Adeola. "Wow seems that cub behavior never changes eh?" She winked.

The female cub looked at him again. "Hey uh...Ewu where is your mother?" "It is Ekwu!"

"Look your coming back one way or another" Naki said, grabbing the scruff of her neck. She weighd a lot, but he had carried heavier for longer. It took only a few minutes to get back to the tree where Naki let go of her. "All I want is for you to be safe, for you to love your dream." naki said. "And you can't do that if your dead can you?" naki said laying next to her, their boddies touching, his head on hers. Before he fell asleap, he locked her nose, "Sleep tight my apprentice" Naki said purring as he fell asleep
