"Ah, I see." Nicki chuckled nervously to hide her embarrassment. "Well, good night."

[Stormy]

“Goodnight.” Jen responded to Nicki as she placed her head down.

[TheLastLion]

Nicki arrived home and began to snack on the fruit.

[Stormy]

And just as Jen as told her, it didn’t take long at all for a strong sense of drowsiness to overcome Nicki.

Soon after Nicki was fast asleep, dreaming about the stories Jen told her about the waterfall and the gorge.

[Stormy]

The sun began to rise over the horizon the next morning. Oddly, Connor was awake as he stepped right on Sadie’s face as she was sleeping.

Sadie suddenly felt herself gasping for air quickly as something was smothering her. She picked it up to see that it was her son and giggled.

[Stormy]

Connor dangled from above as Sadie held him up. The cub giggled as he began to squirm out of Sadie’s grasp - falling and landing straight on his paws as any type of cat would. “Ready to make your rounds?” Flash yawned.

[TheLastLion]

"Ready to what?"

[Stormy]

"Make your rounds." Flash repeated. "That's normally what Queens do, right? They go around the area every morning making sure everything is in order. At least, that's what I was always told."
