Himili sighed. She loved that he was getting along so well with Mheetu, and getting closer to the overs in the pride, but it seemed as hough he had no time for them. But she did her best. "Zuwa, honey. Wake up," she whispered.
"No..."
"The sun is shining. You'd better be out in it while you can."
Zuwa just moaned and rolled over.

Alma nuzzled Marrone, and then started bouncing aroundplayfully the sun shining made her really happy. Alma tripped over a rock but caught her self before falling "Hahaha" Alma laughed before sitting on her hind legs next to Marrone to catch her breath

Marrone nuzzled Alma back and his brown furry ears overhead Himili and Zuwa arguing again, he stepped to the entrance of their den. "Hey Zuwa. How would you like to take some lessons from the old King?" he said with a happy grin. "You could be the Pride's future champion, its only best if you know some tricks." he added.

Mheetu nuzzled Vitani back and smiled, "I'm sure we can go visit Simba soon. I'd love to see the cubs, i do miss them." he admitted softly. His mossy green eyes looked to her and then he noticed Maximus go chat with Nyembe. He turned back to Vitani, "I'm going out hunting in a little with Maximus, but ill be back later to talk more. I'm sure Simba is missing his little sister as much as Nala is missing me." he said with a grin.

Tempesta nodded to Delano's words, "I hope it lightens up or the lands could be submerged.." she whispered in a worried tone. Noticing Addana Tempesta nodded, "Morning Addana, ready to take on some patrolling? You'll be Jafar's partner for a little...its just easier to cover the jungle that way." she added seeing Addana's face. Tempesta jumped from the log near Addana, "You know Jafar is sorry for leaving, you should forgive him.." she mentioned quietly before looking back up at Delano.

Delano got down off the log. He nodded at Addana. "If you go with Jafar, and start patrolling eastward, while Tempesta and I will go west, we can cover more ground quicker." he agreed. Seeing as Jafar was not there yet, Delano started to walk over to Jafar's den. "I'll go get him, and then we can start!" he announced at he proceeded to trot over to Jafar.

When Delano got to Jafar's den, he saw that his brother was still asleep. Gently, Delano prodded Jafar's side until his brother woke up, complaining. Delano his a chuckle as his brother blinked and tried to rub his sleep away. "Come on, Jafar. The others are waiting," Delano said. When his brother didn't look like he understood, he explained further. "Remember? we're patrolling today" Delano said. "You're going with Addana today." he added.

"Your Majesty," Zuwa moaned, "can't it wait?"
"Zuwa," warned Himili.
"Yeah, yeah, I'm coming. So what's the dealio? What're we doin?"

Maximus gasped. "Sire, if your thinking what I'm thinking. I don't think it should happen!" He whispered, "They're just from the same pride. She spends time with him to be closer to home!" Pleading for Mheetu's life, knowing Nala is Mheetu's sister and Simba's mate., then Simba is Vitani's brother.

Vitani smiled "Yes!" Enthusiasm filled the air, after hearing she might be able to see Simba again. Noticing Mheetu look behind her, she turned to look at the two large lions chatting. "Make sure you come see me after!" She smiled, then turned around walking towards Himili. Knowing she hasn't chatted a lot with her. Vitani padded over to the lioness. "Hey!" She smiled, "We haven't talked so much, so I thought since Zuwa will be with Marrone. We can talk!" Adding, as she smiled at the beautiful lioness.

Addana nodded, trying to hide her distaste at being paired with him. She ignored Tempesta and padded forward as a flare of guilt surged in her.

Nyembe glared again. "That's exactly what I'm thinking. You will help me, Maximus, if you want your family to survive," he said with a snarl. Meanwhile, Jafar looked at Addana. "I'm ready when you are, your highness," he said.

"Talk about what, Vitani?" she laughed. She did enjoy the company, though.

"Can I call you Marrone? Because, 'Your Majesty' isn't always that easy to say. So what are you going to teach me?" Zuwa was more excited than he ever had been before.

Marrone smiled at Zuwa, "Well I know how bad the rainy season is. So i figured I could should you around the land a bit." he answered. "We are going to hike up the great mountain fall, where the morning flower grows. It'll be nice to get away from the den." he added. Marrone nodded to Himili as he lead Zuwa towards the side of the mountain, he showed the cub the rocky trail. "Well up and away we go." he said letting Zuwa take the lead.

Tempesta watched Addana walk past her and she huffed in annoyance, she had such a attitude all the time. Tempesta's turqouise eyes narrowed and she padded back to Delano's side. Flashing a mischevious grin at Addana Tempesta spoke loudly, "Have fun Princess." she smirked. Padding into the jungle Tempesta jumped over a fallen tree and she looked back to Delano, "I don't know what her problem is.." she growled annoyed slightly. "She of all of us should be happy Jafar has returned.."

Seeing Vitani brighten up made Mheetu smile, he watched her step away to speak to Himili. Mheetu looked back at Maximus and Nyembe and he stepped towards the jungle. He tried to remember the pathway to the grasslands, his mossy green eyes watching the jungle come alive.
