No i dont think imba gave me a place. I am not surprised, he still something against me i know it These words were spoken quitly and softly. Mila was Simbas daughter and the last thing he wanted was to upset her

"Well... then you can stay here for tonight if you want." Mila said with a smile, still relatively close to Kivuli from her kind nuzzle earlier. She knew it was a bad idea to do so, but that didn't really matter to her. All that mattered right now was Kivuli's comfort, and because she had made him feel so bad earlier she wanted to make it up to him. There was still something about him that was different, and although she couldn't put her paw on it, she wanted to find out.



The lion and the lioness stayed up for the entire night, just talking and getting to each other very well. They talked about a LOT of stuff, anything they liked or disliked, opinions, mostly everything one could think of. They talked non-stop, obviously interesting one another, in more ways then one.

A few hours later, Mila and Kivuli were closely talking when Mila looked outside. The sun was rising. "Kivuli, look!" She said cutely, giggling as she said so. Being up for so long made Mila a bit silly and giggly which had the ultimate possibility of being insanely cute. It also made her a bit unaware of things and zombie-like sometimes. At the current moment her giggly mood overpowered the others. The sun was rising, and the storm was clear. Meaning they could finally go outside and get away from this den they had been confined to for such a long period of time. "Wanna go outside?" She asked, wanting to get up and enjoy some much needed sunlight.

Kivuli enjoy the nights company. He and Mila were really bonding, and the grey lion had never laughed as much as he did that night. He told Mila everything she asked for and she did the same in return. They were having such fun that the hours flew by and morning eventually came. The bright sun penetrated the darkness of the den and warmed both feline bodies. Mila had stood up and asked if Kivuli wanted to go out. Rising to his paws he spoke to her Id love to go out. Im in need of a drink, i have never spoken so much in my life. Maybe after we can hunt? Kivuli waited anxiously for a reply

Mila giggled at Kivuli for no particular reason. He was just quite anxious to get out and roam about. "Sure, why not?" She giggled, but then remembered that her hunting skills... well... she had none. "But.. I don't know how to hunt." She frowned, obviously upset that she couldn't. She had been meaning to get to talk to Nala the previous day, but couldn't. She was going to tell Nala what she had on her mind and hopefully Nala would teach her what she needed to know.

Then again, Kivuli probably knew how to hunt. His stories from himself living alone flashed through her mind as she knew Kivuli couldn't have lived off of being a scavenger for such a long while. Maybe he could teach her. "Are you.. by any means a teacher at something of that sort? I would love to learn... seeing as I have to know how to hunt soon, it would be great to start to learn how to do it now with someone like you." She flirted, indicating that she thought highly of Kivuli.

Kivuli love her laugh. It was so calm and relaxing to here, and knowing it was him making her happy felt good. Kivuli had never done that for anyone before. He smiled at the young lioness It would be a pleasure to teach you. My methods are not like that of a pride. As i mentioned last night i have some very odd skills to hunt with. I can show you if you like

As Kivuli smiled at Mila, she smiled back. His smile was so comforting and so relaxing to the lioness. She wished that he would always smile, just so she could keep that feeling. She didn't know what the feeling was, but it was something marvelous.

"I'm all for whatever you got!" Mila exclaimed. She was perfectly content and thankful for whatever Kivuli had to offer. She nodded her head towards the outside as to indicate that she was going out. With that done, she slowly trotted towards the cavern entrance.

Upon feeling the delicate morning sunlight make impact with her smooth and silky tannish fur, Mila lifted her head up towards the grayish sky that the storm still lingered in and smiled. There was a small chilly breeze that flew through the lioness' fur, giving her heated body a coolant. The majestic winds were all that Mila needed to wind up some energy that she hadn't used while just sitting inside of her den for all those hours. Even though she hadn't slept a bit, her energy still flew through her like a river flowing down hill. She leaped into the air, making a 180 and landed face to face with Kivuli right behind her. "Where to?" She asked playfully.

Lets get a drink first, all that talking made me thirsty Kivuli replied. He then studied the lands with his red eyes and felt the breeze on his fur. The weather was nice and a good way to start the day. Like Mila Kivuli too still felt a surge of energy, as the two of them stood on the edge of Pride rock Excellent. These are practically perfect conditions for hunting He then looked over at Mila still with a smile on his face If you would be as so kind as to lead the way to the waterhole He then stood back to allow Mila room to pass

She didn’t know what had come over her but as the cream colored queen’s eyes opened slowly, Nala noticed that it was very early morning. Looking around in a rather dazed state, the queen of the Pride Lands spotted Laini, who was slumbering peacefully upon one of the soft sleeping pelts within her new den. It all slowly started to trickle back to her. She recalled bringing Laini something to eat, and then feeling light headed. This, combined with the methodical pitter patter of the rain from outside must have lulled the expecting lioness to sleep. Realizing that the day was already getting underway, Nala stood up, stretching out her tired limbs as she softly made her way out of Laini’s den, taking a quick glance around. Seeing no signs of life yet, Nala quickly dashed off towards the direction of Rafiki’s tree. She wanted to get her business done and over with as quickly as possible, since she knew that her absence from the Pride would not go unnoticed for very long. While not being that far off from where Pride Rock was, being still very tired and warn out from her condition, Nala’s travel seemed sluggish at best. It took the cream colored queen quite a while to reach the majestic looking tree, unknowing to the queen, she had also passed under Pride Rock at around the same time that Kivuli and Mila had been present, but being too distracted with the subject at paw, Nala had failed to sense their presence. Upon reaching her desired destination, Nala called up towards the twisting branches in a low, tired voice.

”Is anyone home? Rafiki, I’ve come for my check up.” Nala exclaimed, waiting patiently for any signs of movement from within the tree top as she took a seat and rubbed her belly with a fore paw in a thoughtful manner.

From the top of the tree came muffled sounds of Rafiki singing to himself. in a flurry of movement several branches and a coconut were knocked out of the tree and fell to the ground around Nala. Following hard on their heels was Rafiki himself, sliding down the massive trunk of his Baobab tree, holding his ever-present stick out to keep balanced. With a final bound he landed on all fours at the foot of his tree, and began gathering the items that he'd dropped. Then as if noticing Nala for the first time he threw them all aside and moved towards her with arms open.

"Aaah, de beautiful Queen Nala comes to my home." Rafiki exclaimed in his characteristic accent. "And how are you dis fine morning might I ask?"

Rafiki put his arms around Nala in a warm hug. He hoped to be able to give his friend good news.

Giggling from Rafiki’s rather dramatic entrance, such was his typical nature, Nala returned the affectionate gesture by lightly wrapping one of her fore legs around Rafiki as she hugged him back, replying in her usual soft voice.

”Hello Dear. Oh, I’ve been better actually. I seem to be quite tired as of late. Never had this problem when I was carrying Kopa and Kiara around. Don’t know what it is but hopefully you can figure that out for me.”

Flashing a friendly smile, Nala stood at the ready, waiting for any specific instructions that the wise old mandrill might give her, fully trusting him, as he had gotten her through her first two pregnancies with no troubles at all.

Quite out of character, Simba had actually woken up a bit earlier on this day. Perhaps it was the events of Kivuli’s return or the fact that Mila had seemed to taken a liking to him in a matter of mere moments, or so the situation seemed to him from the way that Vitani had spoken of it, whatever the case may be, Simba found himself awake at the crack of dawn. Looking around for the usual sight of his beloved mate, Simba’s gaze was met with nothing but the presence of Vitani, who seemed to be sleeping in her typical spot. Wondering where his mate could have gone off to, as he didn’t recall her returning from last night, Simba quietly made his way outside and onto the promontory of Pride Rock, enjoying the rare sight of the sun rising, something he typically missed out upon, due to his lazy nature of sleeping in late.
