Delano groaned at the idea of being forced to hang out with Nuka. The skinny cub, although only slightly younger than them, was much more annoying. "Yeah, well I somehow doubt you will ever be king," he said, "not with Kovu being the 'chosen one' and all." He himself didn't like the idea of Kovu being selected specifically as much as anyone else, but times like these, when he can use it to annoy Nuka, it was almost worth it. "Besides, what kind of king will you be? You can't even seem to control your own termites," Delano added casually. "But seeing as you have to stay with us, do as we say."

Neo closed his eyes trying to get to sleep "alright you two get some rest we head out early tomorrow and that's a order to you Nuka"

"Yes sir"he said and climbed into Neo's half grown mane and stuck his touge out at Delano knowing that he wouldn't do anything that had the risk of touching his brother.

Just as Nuka predicted, Delano didn't try to do anything. "We'll see how you will be tomorrow," he said simply, narrowing his eyes. But Delano didn't want to do anything with Nuka anyways, figuring that it wouldn't be worth the effort. He turned and walked off, wanting to find some secluded corner where he can fall asleep without getting in the way of anyone else, and where no one else will get in his way.

Finding one, he crawled as far as he can until it would be be uncomfortable and curled up to sleep. If they will be taking on Simba tomorrow again, he wanted to be ready.

Eventuailly the sun rose again it was hot in the pridelands but in the outlands in was scourching. Neo's eyes slowly rose as he begun to wake up he set his sleeping brother on the ground before approching Delano and gently pawing his face "get up"he said as he started to eat some of the zebra from last night. He was ready for anything.

Delano grumbled when something swatted his face, but he woke up quickly. He opened his eyes to see Neo already up and eating some of the zebra he had caught the day before. Yawning, Delano walked over and also began to eat. "You could have taken some out of your own kill," he said, "or are you implying that I am better at hunting than you?" He grinned at Neo despite having a mouthful of meat.

"It's my mothers now"he said planly he didn't have the jokiness in his voice or the cockiness he did yestaday he was scared so scared though he didn't show it or atleast tried. He woke his brother up and watched him eat for alittle gazing off into notheness of the cave his frount paw tapping the ground repediatly

Delano detected the edginess in Neo's voice, but didn't press on it. Because now that he thought about it, he was also scared. Yesterday, they had caught Simba off guard but lost because he got help. Now he would be prepared, and will most likely still have help.

The more he thought about it, the more he was wondering if he should just make Nuka happy and run off, taking his chances by living alone. It will be hard, but he won't be ordered on such suicidal missions by others.

Out of them three, Nuka was the only one who didn't appear to be scared. He was also the only one not to have yet met Simba, and the worst fighter out of all of them. If Nuka was normally bad, this combination straight out frightened Delano, who no longer knew if he should be more afraid of how strong Simba would be, or how bad Nuka will be and get them hurt or killed because of it.

"Alright you two stick with me Nuka if I tell you to get help you go back straight away got it"he said looking at Nuka.

"Yes brother"he said he was finally going to do something to make his mother happy so he was excited.

"Delano"he nodded to him and was going to say something before hesiteting and decided to turn away leading them out to the pridelands

Delano found it odd how Neo didn't finish what he started saying, because he never acted like that anymore. Figuring that it was only because of his nervousness, Delano let it slide and followed his friend towards the Pridelands.

Yesterday the two of them were eager to get to the border, but now Delano felt that it was only Nuka who was even remotely interested in leaving the safety of the Outlands.

"Let's do this"he said his fear changing becoming more confident as he travlled further and further onto Simba's land he found himself smiling. He turned to Delando "Alright lets do this"he said the grin getting wider as Pride rock came into view

Astra had just woken up she sighed as he looked over at Simba and the glanched to her mother and walked out. She was board this land was so simple it wasn't fun and there were no other lionesses her age only cubs and adults.
