Akadi saw Kipekee run out of the den, but this time he did nothing. As tempted as he was, he was hungry.

Kipekee came back with two wildebeest, it took her ages to drag them back. She, herself, hadn't eaten in days. She dropped them and called out, "Father, I've returned!".

Mano was surprised to see her return with two wildebeest. "Impressive." he was in fact so impressed that he went ahead and spoke again, "Feel free to eat before I let the others know you're back."

Kipekee smiled, "Thank you Father". She went over to the smaller one and began to eat, knowing she only had a few minutes.

Unfortunately the others soon noticed that breakfast had arrived and came without Mano calling them.

Kipekee tried to fight for a place at the carcass, but it was no use. She ended up getting a bit and a scratch or two of the lions before being chucked out. She frowned and waited for them to finish so she could get the scraps.

Eventually the other lions were done eating. There wasn't alot left since none of them considered the fact that Kipekee also needed to eat. However the little that was left was obviously better than nothing.

Kipekee began to eat the bits of flesh and bone that was left. The lions were watching, calling her pointless and worthless, saying that the food left deserves to go to the vultures.

Akadi also had his part in the teasing. He just enjoyed too much to ever miss the oppertunity to do it.

Kipekee growled, "Go and pick on someone your own size!" (she runs away in a little while, seeing because something's gonna happen). Kipekee didn't know it, but she was actually on heat, but she was too young to reproduce. The males didn't seem to go away.
