Where Kopa went wrong... [ P r i v a t e ]

Unfortunately for Kopa, he didn't move out of the way or turn his attention back to their game before it had happened. When Nuka and Kovu had laughed, he quickly turned his head and asked in a confused tone, "What's going on?" Before he could say-or do-any more, the wet moss had struck the poor cub's head and water sloshed onto his bare back.

As almost any child would when struck cruelly or someone hurt their feelings, the first thing they do is to "go to mother". And that is exactly what Kopa did. With a small sniffle, he ran hurridly past the cubs toward Pride Rock crying and bawling uproarishly. It only took a few moments for Vitani to get her senses together since this was actually a quite stunning event, because Kopa was not known to running of crying his eyes out. Or at least in front of friends. Vitani's eyes widened as fear struck her heart and made it stop for a moment as cold chills ran up her spine.

She pushed Kovu and Nuka hurridly back toward their homeland, never speaking a word. When she had managed to push them around a foot, she gave up and yelled "Run!" With that, the young female broke into a fast run, her heart by now had started beating again, rather rapidly, at that. Seeing neither of her siblings were following her, Vitani explained quickly, "If Kopa brings his parents, we'll be killed for trespassing!"

"Why should we be scared, Nuka sneered. Just like a cry-baby to run away to mommy and daddy to tell." Thaats when he saw the female and got a little started. He shook his head then said," Its three against one we can take her." But the female looked furious and Nuka changed his mind, " Nevermind lets get out of here, some friend Kopa is. Cant even take a hit that little crybaby," Nuka said seething while they retreated towards their Homeland. As they crossed over the female glared at them and didnt follow. "So I guess were not friends with Kopa anymore'" he said to both of them annoyed.

Kovu just put his head down and drooped his ears. Nuka turned to his sister," What do you think Tani. He is your "Friend", " he said trying to stifle chucklimng but he did anyway. And with that Kovu and him were rolling on the ground laughing. "What a day!," he mumbled as the sun started to set.
