Gonai runs off to talk with her sister. She's crying.

Sarabi: Great choice, Gonai. He's a good, kind, strong lion, who'd make an excellent mate! But of course, Dad won't LET us get married, ever!
Gonai: I don't understand! He's so over-protective of us! We're not baby cubs anymore! We're adults now, ready to get mates and raise our own families!

Gonai: Same here. Maybe.....maybe if we start dating them then sorta get dad more comfortable around them first, then we tell him we've been dating them!

Gonai: *Bristles* Then why can Mufasa, Luntu, Sekou, and Omari get mates?

Sarabi: *Glares at her father*

Crystal: Let them get mates. One day or another, you'll have to. It'll be better if it's now, Adofo.

Crystal: They WON'T get hurt, because they're not babies, Adofo.

Sarabi: Gonai....I can't take it anymore! Lets go with the plan! We'll just date them and slowly get dad to warm up to the idea!
Gonai: Okay! But first we need to tell the boys. You tell Malachite to meet us over at the waterfall and I'll tell Hondo! We they are both there, we'll just straight up tell them how we feel!
Sarabi: Agreed.

*A few hours later*
Gonai: Hi, Hondo.
Sarabi: And hi, Malachite!
Malachite: Hello, Sarabi.
Gonai: *Nervously* Hi, Hondo.
Hondo: Greetings, Gonai.
Gonai: Sarabi and I... well, we want to reveal how we feel about you two.. and we both kind of.. like you.
Hondo: Gonai... I like you too. Very much. *Licks her cheek gently*
Malachite: *Gapes at Sarabi* Sarabi... I can't... I love Makeda...
Sarabi: What?

Gonai: Oh my God! Sarabi, I'm so sorry!

*As they head back to Pride Rock*

Gonai: I'm so sorry about what happened back there... about Malachite.
Sarabi: No, it's okay. I knew he had been padding after Makeda for all these years anyway.
Adofo: What do you say about Malachite? Oh, and please tell me why you, Gonai, are with Hondo?
