Marini was horrified. She knew that the blame was on the stranger lion and his friends, but she remembered that Mufalfa was the one who last talked to him. All she knew now was that the chances of finding him were very low, and that the two lions next to her were the ones to blame.

Mufalfa tried to comfort Marini. "Marini. Don't worry I'm sure we'll find him." The adolescent lion snickered knowing that no one would ever find him. Mufalfa looked at the adolescent lion. "Where is Fadhili?" The lion shook his head. "She ran away trying to find him. But I am sure she'll be back." 'She better be if she wants to see the cubs alive again.'

The one thing Marini did not want was for Mufalfa to suddenly try and comfort her. She pretty much lost control of her temper at that point, completely forgetting that the adolescent was the main one to blame. "Why did you have to be harsh to him?!" all she wanted was for him to keep is mouth shut, was that too hard? "Well I hope you're happy now." she said and finally walked away from him. She went back to where the cubs were and lay down there.

Mufalfa frowned as Marini walked away. "I didn't know this would happen! He agreed with me!" The adolescent said to Mufalfa, "Well if you'll excuse me I'll be going." He laughed. He then went out where he saw the lioness last and yelled, "Alright Fadhili you better come out or I will kill those cubs, your brother, and his sister." He laughed and said, "Then you really won't have anyone left." He kept waiting on the young lioness and thought of a diffrent way to lure her out.

Marini just snorted and continued to lie down next to the sleeping cubs. Fadhili heard the adolescent and didn't know what to exactly do. He might be lying to her like he did when he said that he'd leave Kujasiri alone. However before she thought over it the words just came out of her muzzle, "Leave them alone!" her tone was shaky and terrified.

Mufalfa sighed and finally kept quiet. He knew that to leave Marini, alone at least for the time being, would have to happen. He silently walked away, figuring he would return, when she wanted him to. The adolescent just laughed. "Ha! So you are out here my young maiden. Get out of your hiding or I will make you watch me eat the cubs in my jaw." He continued laughing. "Your boyfriend was pathetic."

Fadhili knew that the only option she had was to listen to what he was saying. She came out of her hiding place, tears rolling down her cheeks.

The adolescent laughed. "Now you will come back with me to the others and tell them to accept me. If you 'spill the beans' I will 'spill the blood' of those cubs."

Another tear rolled down Fadhili cheek, and she knew that she had no choice. If she told Mufalfa or Marini of what really happen, that lion was going to find a way to kill the cubs, and the blood would be on her hands. "Okay." she said, her tone still shaky.

The adolescent laughed and said, "And you will be my future mate, not his." Soon he went towards Marini and the cubs with Fadhili behind him. "Ma'am perhaps I could enter this pride temporarily to help find your lost brother." he looked towards Fadhili. "I have been helping you try to find him right Fadhili?"
