Marini continued nuzzling Mufalfa for a few more moments before pushing him onto his back and nuzzled him again. Gakuru said in his mind, "I don't need your love. I'm used to not having it."

Gakuru's father laughed at him, "Do you kow why no lioness wants you?"

Marini eventually lay down beside Mufalfa, resting her head against his stomach and purring. Gakuru was about to answer but suddenly his attention went to Marini's female cub. "Gakuru, let's play hide and seek!"

His father mocked him again, "Because you're a lioness yourself. You're weak boy. I told you you were weak when you were a tiny cub remember. My training did nt erase that I see."

Gakuru said to Marini's cub, "I'd love to." she giggled and jumped free from beneath his muzzle, running outside of the den. Gakuru chuckled and followed.

After a few hours Mufalfa woke up and yawned, "Ugh what happened?"

Marini smiled, remembering the first time she tried to 'have her way' with Mufalfa and nothing happened. "Nothing."

Mufalfa said, "Oh...well we better get back to the others..."

Marini chuckled, again seeing similarities to how it went with Mufalfa in the first place. She went ahead and held him close, not letting him go anywhere. "Why?" she asked, smiling to herself and licking around his ears and neck.
