Suddenly Mufalfa woke up but this time something was different about him as if he knew things, "Marini. Everything's going to be okay." Meanwhile Gakuru's father was inside his head taunting him, "You will let an adolescent younger than you lead this pride. You should be the leader you idiot."

Marini looked confused and relieved at the same time. "Are you alright?" Gakuru ignored the voice and kept playing with Marini's cub. He grabbed her and placed her on her back in front of him, tickling her tummy with his nose.

Gakuru's father siad, "Did I tell you that I will kill Mufalfa and his family?" Mufalfa nuzzled her, "Fine. I remember now."

Gakuru ignored the voice again, knowing that his father was dead. Marini smiled, returning Mufalfa's nuzzle while purring.

Gakuru said, "Mufalfa was dead but he's alive again right? What makes you think I can do the same thing? Remmeber what I told you when you were a cub boy? Those who are weak and pathetic don't deserve to live but those who are strong and fierce deserve to live for generations." Mufalfa said to her, "Our cubs I'm sorry for being mean to them. I couldn't remember."

Gakuru said to his father in his head, "Because he was not a villain like you." Marini smiled, "I'm glad you're starting to get along."

Mufalfa licked her, "I'm glad that you have a smile on your face. That makes this moment wonderful." Gakuru's father mocked, "I thought you told me he was mean to you. Come on boy I will give you love if you want it."

Marini smiled, licking him back. "This moment is wonderful." Gakuru ignored and said in his mind, "I have plenty of love here."
