The cub continued to frown, "How can I like you? All you do is make my life miserable."

Mufalfa said, "Well come on let's tell your mother about your behavior."

The cub frowned, "Oh, my behavior? Not today, you are not putting all the blame on me."

Mufalfa said, "Alright let's go tell your mother then..."

The cub frowned, "Fine." he walked away with Mufalfa. His sister meanwhile realized that she won't be playing with either of them any time soon so she frowned and lay back down.

Mufalfa brought the cub over to Marini and said, "Your son...he says he hates me and doesn't want to go with me to have a good family trip..."

The cub said, "How can it be a good trip? All he does is annoy me, and he enjoys it." Marini rubbed the back of her head with one of her paws, "Family? I wouldn't say family already..." her cub cut her short by saying, "Drop the act mom."

Mufalfa coughed, "Uh I would show more respect to your mother..."

Marini chuckled, "No, he's right." she nuzzled Mufalfa briefly and said to her son. "Look son, no matter how you look at it, he and your father are like twins. I'm sure that if your father was still alive the relations between you two would be just like the ones between you and Mufalfa at first, but eventually your father would learn how to live around you, just like he learned to live around me and around the rest of the pride." her son said nothing and Marini nudged him closer to Mufalfa, "What do you say son? Will you give it another chance?" Her cub sighed, saying, "Alright mom."
