[Zeke]

Zeke walked up to Zilo and stood above him. "I would kill you now, but I think you should feel the pain. You will never know the meaning of regret or sorrow and you will never know the pain you've caused countless of lions throught these lands. So I think you should feel every cut and bruise and feel every second of your pitiful existence here." Zeke walked away and followed Bakari.

[NightmareMoon]

Mila ran up to Zeke. "I can stop pretending now..." she said. "Why did you get so mad over me?" she asked. She was curious, and even though now wasn't the time for the question, she couldn't help but ask.

[Zeke]

Zeke stopped and turned to Mila. "Mila, you lied to me. I thought I could trust you, as a friend, but you broke that trust," He said, looking at Mila with compassion.

[NightmareMoon]

What? She repeated her thoughts, but aloud. "What? I just KILLED my mate for you, and thats what you have to say to me?"

[Zeke]

"No Mila, before you decided not to tell me that you had a mate or that you were once part of this clan. I know now that you meant no harm in doing so, but it hurt me that you did not tell me the truth." Zeke paused and put a paw on Mila's shoulder. "But now you have earned my trust back. I ask you for forgiveness my friend."

"I'm sorry. I couldn't bring myself to tell you that I was part of the pride that killed yours. I had no involvement in Zilo's plan. I was just his queen, and when I found out I ran away." Mila said. She hugged Zeke close, like the day they were at the oasis. "We finally did it though. We stopped him, and his evil plan to kill you all. I don't feel regret for it either." She said. She truly wished the best for her friends.

[Zeke]

Zeke hugged Mila back. "Thank you Mila, you have helped me restore my pride. Now, lets go catch up to Bakari. He might know what to do with these hyenas."

[NightmareMoon]

Right, the hyenas. "They're weaklings. We can stomp them in a second." She said.

[Zeke]

"I'm not sure that we have to. They have no leader now, they may break down or they may unite," He said as he kept walking. "Violence isn't always the way Mila, it is best to avoid it when possible."

[NightmareMoon]

"I'm too used to being next to Zilo... that was always his way. My apologies" Mila said. Zeke was right. She had to learn to avoid violence if at all possible.
