Let's find him I bet he is hungry. So where do you think he went?

"I suppose he is, though it will be difficult for him to eat with Meeko around I would imagine... That will be an interesting conversation" Nova said, thinking of the meerkat he had called friend.

Nova sniffed at the ground suddenly and caught a familiar, yet scary scent. She looked at Mio in alarm.

"Leopard..." She said as she saw the paw prints in the ground.

Lets hurry up. He might be in danger lets go. He took off running.

[Tora]

"Better me than you Meeko. I wont let him hurt you." Shinova replied eying the leopard. "He's all I have. Better him live than me. I have my purpose; its to protect those who can't protect themselves; to defend the weak." Shinova remained in a defensive stance wondering what the leopard was thinking. "Would he dare make a move up here knowing we see him? Would something make him turn around? Would I have to fight him?" Shinova had never once tried to roar, and he didn't know if he knew how. He found himself growling; something he knew he knew how to do.

Nova ran after Mio.

"I didn't think they came this far in land" Nova panted as she ran alongside her mate.

The leopard heard Shinova's growl and casually turned her head up towards the cub. She smirked and swished her tail. Her eyes rested upon Meeko for a moment, then turned back to the cub.

"A cub in a tree. How sweet. Why don't you and your pet come down here boy?" She called, retracting her claws.

Mio heard the leopard talking about a cub. He picked up the pace as fast as he could. He soon saw the leopard. He looked over to Nova and said ready with a grin while his claws were retracting.

"Wait" Nova whispered, putting a paw across Mio's path.

"Let's see what Shinova does" She said quietly.

Alright good idea. We can see how tough he is. If it gets to bad we will intervene.

[Tora]

"That wouldn't be as fun. Why don't you come up here? You scared?" Shinova said defiantly. Shinova was ready to stand his ground even if he was on the losing end. "Did the wee little leopard lose the ability to climb or is she afraid of a cub?" He laughed. Shinova continued to eye the leopard wondering if she was going to be angered or simply laugh it off.

"Im glad you agree" Nova whispered, putting a paw on Mio's.

"Now now, that wasn't very polite little cub" The Leopard snarled.

She walked to the foot of the tree and placed her paws on the bottom, her amber eyes glaring up at the pair. She dug her claws into the bark and began to climb.

"You'll pay for your insolence!" She roared.
