Kasi ran home, and stopped when he saw Muroki staring at Umeme, both of them lying at the entrance of the den. "Hey, Muroki," he quickly whispered, "What's wrong with her?" He asked, not knowing that Umeme was fine. "By the way, are my parents back?"

Muroki immediately took his eyes off of Umeme, flushing. "Oh, we were waiting for you... She's asleep." at least he hoped Kasi couldn't notice his red face in the dark. "I think I saw your parents inside the den earlier." beside that he doubted they had anything to do outside at such a time. If they would have left to find Kasi he would have seen them come out.

Kasi let out a small breath. "Oh, alright," he simply said. He looked again at Umeme. "Should we head in then?" He asked. Before Muroki can say anything, Kasi walked over and nudged Umeme until she started to stir.

Umeme groaned when something pushed her around. "Wha? Is it morning already?" She mumbled. Opening her eyes slowly, she saw that it was still dark. She looked at who was prodding her. "Why did you have to wake me up, Kasi?" She asked, not bothering to hide the annoyance in her voice.

Kasi smiled at Umeme. "You need to go inside the den. It can get cold out, remember?"

Muroki nodded, "One time I lost a bet and Delano dared me to sleep outside." he got up, "Not too pleasant."

Umeme groaned again. "Alright, alright," she complained. "I'm going inside the den." Sh followed Kasi and Muroki inside. Lying down next to Muroki, she discovered that his body's warmth felt nice. Smiling slightly, she fell asleep again.

Muroki, placing his head down on his paws, suddenly noticed that Umeme was sleeping a lot closer to him then she did before. Slightly nervous and confused, he decided that she was probably too tired and didn't notice how close she settled down. Despite the fact that it was obviously a coincidence in his point of view, Muroki couldn't help but enjoy the warmth coming from her and the fact that she was right by his side. It didn't take him too long to also fall asleep.

The next morning, Delano woke up. Looking around, he was shocked to see Umeme and Muroki sleeping close together. But other than that, he didn't really think much of it. Yawning, he went outside again to wait for the others.

Lina was next to wake up, and was as shocked as Delano was to find Muroki and Umeme sleeping next to each other. Maybe if she had paid attention to what went on outside yesterday instead of going to sleep she would see something that might explain the sight. Deciding to investigate her friend later, she got up and headed outside.

Muroki opened his eyes just as Lina exited the den, smiling as he noticed that Umeme was still there. Not having even the slightest desire to move, he put his head back down, deciding to enjoy the situation as long as he could. He closed his eyes just lay still, curious about how Umeme's behavior would be when she woke up so he could try to determine whether she was tired and didn't pay attention or not. Then again, she would get nervous if it turned out to be a coincidence and if not, because in both situations she might get nervous about whether Muroki or anybody else noticed. Maybe Muroki wouldn't get his answer, but he still didn't want to get up.

Delano heard movement from the den and turned to look. He saw Lina moving from the entrance of the den. "Good morning," he greeted, smiling, "Did you see Muroki and Umeme this morning?" He asked.

The first think Umeme felt when she woke up was something soft and warm. Slowly, she opened her eyes and was shocked to see Muroki's body right in front of her. Surprised, she swiftly backed up, embarrassed. To her horror, she noticed that Muroki was already awake. "Oh, good morning, Muroki..." she stammered.

Lina smiled, "Good morning to you to." she said, walking over and sitting next to him. "What do you mean?" even though she did see the two, it would be interesting to see how Delano would explain what he saw if she told him she didn't.

Muroki again opened his eyes upon hearing Umeme's voice. Was it this obvious that he was already awake even if he had his eyes closed? "Um... Hey..." He kind of wanted to look like he was still asleep to avoid that kind of embarrassment, but she somehow noticed he wasn't asleep. "So, uh... What's up?"
