The new danger in the land

Tua: Nothing!
He then gave her a deep loving kiss.
Back at priderock, Nuru began to wake up.
Nuru: *yawn* Mufasa? You awake?

Mufasa mumbled something sleepily and rolled.over, lying on his back in a silly looking manner.

[Adofo]

Nuru got up and saw his Uncle laying down right outside the den looking over the land. He went over and plopped down in his arms.
Nuru: Hi Uncle Simba!

Simba chuckled and smiled a warm smile when he saw the golden cub between his paws. "Hello, Nuru." He bumped Nuru's nose with his own.

Nuru: Uncle Simba? Can I ask you something? Since Grandma recently adopted Daddy...do you love him?

[TheWhistlerify]

Simba chuckled. "I've loved him ever since we were little, way before my mother adopted him." he told the little cub.

[Adofo]

Nuru: You know.....I've overheard Daddy talking about how much he'd like to go on vacation with you Mommy and Aunt Nala so you two could spend some brotherly time together.....but he says you're too busy for him. .....Then he gets really sad...

"I'm very busy in general, Nuru." said Simba. "There are many things I don't have time for; it's not that I'm too busy only for your father. I can't just leave the kingdom unattended."

[Adofo]

Nuru: I know...and he knows too. That's why he won't ask...cuz he knows you'll turn him down. He says.....he misses you. And then...he ran off crying. Uncle Simba.....why does Daddy get sad like that?
