Tanga's nervousness and stammer only worsened with Marini's sweet, seductive tones as a very noticable blush crept onto his face. "N-no, no there isn't," he managed to get out. The urge to step back from her as she moved closer to him was stifling, but he held his ground "I-I just wasn't sure if you were talking about something else, and if you were, if you wanted them to know...although the way Nala squealed, I probably should have guessed."
He then turned to Simba and Nala, "But yes, we're going out now...and as far as I can tell, we're both happy with it...I know I am."

Nala wanted to respond to that, and tease Tanga further, but she did not. One reason was that Tanga seemed to have lost a portion of his shyness in the past day, and he was openly admitting to it, rather than shying away and dancing around the subject like he usually did.
But the main reason was because she could not speak. She was desperately holding back a laughing fit, and she did not want to insult Tanga and Marini's relationship by laughing as they declared it. But the look on Tanga's face had been priceless for a few moments just then, and his shy, nervous responses when Marini pulled out her seductive side on him was just too good.
