"Oh no."

"I had to jump it and I did... to mixed results."

"Wow. Mixed results?"

"Yep. I jumped, but didn't get all the momentum I needed, so my hind legs slipped off the edge and I nearly fell off altogether. I barely managed to grip the other side of the cliff with my fore paws."

"Ohhhh. I hope you weren't injured afterwards."

[TheLastLion]

"The scrapes were the least of my worries." Cecilia replied as she recalled the fear that overcame her as she struggled to bold on to the cliff edge. Cecilia described to Aria the terror she felt in that moment. "My hind legs were desperarely scrabbling for footing, but all that did was send loose pebbles careening down the cliff, which I made the mistake of looking down at. I tried pulling myself up with my fore paws, but I was exhausted from running and what little strength I had left was being used to hold on."

Aria could feel the horror Cecillia was going through that time. She kept on listening.

"I felt my fore paws begin to slip off of the cliff, leaving claw marks. Realizing that time was running out, I focused what little strength I had into my hind legs and kept to the top of the cliff!"

"I'm sorry you had to endure that terrible situation. I could feel the horror you felt."
