[Private Roleplay with Baofeng]

[Iri]

"It sounded like a cub." Adena bounded over to the sound. A tiny newborn cub, only a few hours old, by the looks of it, was laying on the ground, bleeding.

[I play this character. So we each play two characters. =P Also, do you want to include canon in this or no?]

[Baofeng]

"What can we do for this cub? It clearly needs help," Baofeng asked Adena.

[Iri]

[Well, I'm not a fan of canon characters, so let's stick to our OC's. c;]

Adena looked on the tiny cub. The cub whimpered. "I'll take her in." She picked up the bleeding cub's scruff delicately, careful to not harm the tiny scrap of fur.
She carried the little cub back to the den. She laid it in a warm, soft moss-and-feather nest and gathered some marigold and tormentil.

[Haha, warrior cat herbs. =P]

[Baofeng]

"This cub seems to young to eat meat yet, so how will we feed it?" Maple asked Adena.

[Iri]

Adena nodded. "The cub is only a few hours old. Too young to be exposed to the outside. Especially too young to be exposed to the claws of the dangers of this world." She gently applied the herbs to the cub's wounds and licked the cub to warm her. "I know. Give me a moment." She walked out of the cave and returned with borage. "This will help me produce milk for her." She lapped up the herbs and curled around the tiny, squirming cub.

[Baofeng]

"Smart thinking Adena. So will we raise this cub or look for it's mother?" Maple asked Adena.

[Iri]

"We'll wait until her wounds are healed. Then we'll search for her mother. If we fail to find her mother, we'll raise her as our own." Adena tenderly licked the tiny cub's forehead.

[Baofeng]

"Ok Adena. I'm glad you didn't say anything about leaving the cub here and hope that it's mother would come and find it," Maple told Adena.

[Iri]

"I would never do such a thing." Adena tucked her paw around the cub. "For now... I'll call her Ua. It means 'flower'. She's like a flower; gentle, soft, and delicate."

[Baofeng]

"That's a good name for her. And what would we say if a lion asked who this cub's father was," Baofeng asked.
