Vitani's Story

Simba looked deep into Nala's eyes. "Nala, what are you doing out here?" he asked, just overjoyed to be in her company once more.

[Queen Elsa]

"What am I doing here? Well, what are you doing here?" Nala asked. It had been forever since she saw her friend, and she had thought she'd never see him again until now.

Meanwhile, Nuka finally found his father. "Dad, I need to tell you something! It's important!" he exclaimed.

Simba laughed. "Well, Nala, it's great to see you!" he said, his voice overflowing with excitement. Just then, he noticed that Nala had become breathtakingly gorgeous as she had grown up. For a long moment, he looked into her eyes. Just then, Timon approached. "What's happening?" he asked.

Scar growled and turned his attention to his despised son. "Yes, Nuka, what is it?" he said with a low, menacing growl.

[Queen Elsa]

Nala looked into his eyes, noticing how handsome he looked now that he was full-grown and had his mane. "It's great to see you too!" she exclaimed, before looking down to see the meerkat that had been trying to help the warthog a few minutes ago.

"I-It's Simba! He's alive! In the jungle!" Nuka replied.

Scar's eyes went wide in shock. "Nuka, that's impossible. The hyenas dealt with him and killed him long ago. I assume you can back up your claim," he said.

Timon looked up at the lioness. "Time out. Let me get this straight. You know her, she knows you, but she wants to eat him, and everybody is ok with this? Did I miss something?!" he exclaimed. "Relax, Timon. Nala is my best friend," Simba said.

[Queen Elsa]

"But I saw him! I really did! Nala began fighting with him, and pinned him down, and as soon as I heard his name, I came running back to tell you!" Nuka explained.

Nala ignored the meerkat and focused her gaze on Simba. "Wait until everybody finds out you've been here all this time! And your mother. What will she think?"

Simba sighed sadly. "She doesn't have to know," he said. He sighed. "Oh Nala, I've missed you," he said, wanting to rub heads with her, but, struggling with his own guilt, he didn't.

Scar growled. "Fine. I will send some hyenas to go and deal with him. For now, go and play or something," he said, turning away.

[Queen Elsa]

"Well of course they do! Everyone thinks you're dead!" Nala replied.

Nuka nodded and ran off to the den. He watched as Vitani walked around Zira, most likely bored. "Mom, can I show Vitani around?" he asked.

Zira nodded. "Very well, just be extremely careful and don't let her out of your sight!" she said with a slight snarl to make sure that he understood.

Simba took a moment to send away Timon and Pumbaa, who walked away griping. He looked back at Nala. "No one needs me, Nala," he said, looking down sadly.

"Yes, Mother!" Nuka replied. "Come on, Vitani! I'm going to show you everything!" At the sound of her name, Vitanin crawled over her mother and walked over to Nuka, following him out the den.

"Yes, they do." Nala argued. "You're the king!"
