Simba watched him leave, and turned away to greet the rest of the pride. He knew something was troubling Nemesis and he wanted to find out what but for now he would give him some space.

Makaila had woken up early the next morning, she looked up and sighed. It wasn't a dream, she thought to herself happily. She felt like she belonged somewhere finally. Noticing Kovu next to her only made the feeling of being welcome even greater. She got up, not wanting to wake anyone, and snuck out of the den to hunt.

Nemesis sneaked upon a few zebra's, and managed to catch a baby Zebra in his mouth. ''This should be fine as a snack'' He thought, while he quickly silenced the baby Zebra.
