The Great Plague

"Well, when we get there, you are going to have a heck of a time! Just think: King Simba coming to welcome us into his Pridelands. Fantastic!" Mhuni laughed.

He looked towards the mountains while he was listening to Nala "Maybe, something or somebody will come from these mountains" He wondered "I dont know what may it be... danger or some other. Leastwasy, I will keep my eyes open" He said looking the peaks then he looked toward Nala "Well, would you like to come with me to Waterhole?" He asked Nala as he started up.

Kidogo sighed and closed his eyes. "As much as I would like to stay in the Pridelands, that's not the way I live. I live the life of a rogue. A Nomad...never staying in one place for more than a few days." he explained to Jasiri and Mhuni.

"Yes that would be the smart thing to do." Nala mused. Then she smiled. "Of course!" She purred, turning around to follow Simba. She pattered down the rocks, landing evenly beside her mate. Then she began to trot, over the long waving grass. Simba kept pace beside her. Nala sighed softly, enjoying the faint breeze. She felt playful and energetic, ready to start the day. Her eyes gazed around at the savannah, taking in the green wonders. Life couldn't be better at the moment.

Jioni padded slowly, still a bit nervous. He peered around a bush, spotting a couple of large cats. Jioni sniffed warily, and watched. They seemed to be having a conversation. After a few minutes he walked around the bush, and halted. His tail deliberately brushed the leaves, and his ears twitched anxiously.

"Okay, then let's go" He said as he noded with his head and then he made a move down of the Pride Rock next to Nala "Hey, wait me" He said smiling and he tried to keep pace beside Nala. It was a very perfect day: the sun was shining; the soft grass underneath his paws, and the soft wind which was fluffing his mane. As they were going towards the Waterhole, an old member came into his mane "Do you remember when we were cub and we went to the Waterhole with Zazu?" He asked smiling. "The good old days" He said as he sighed a little.

Nala smiled happily. "Oh yes, what an experience we had afterwards." She laughed, remembering the escape into the elephants' graveyard. "We got in so much trouble." She purred in joy, picking up the pace to a light gallop. They neared the Waterhole, so Nala slowed. She padded quickly beside Simba.

[Nyota]

Jasiri glanced at the others. "Okay then, if we wanna get there before we freeze to death, let's go." He glanced at Kidogo. "It'll be better for you there than here. More prey." He turned and started in a quick, steady pace.

Laana slowly made her way toward Jato, with no hurry and the picture of leizure. "I can see what you want," she said lazily, shifting to sit down next to him.

"Yeah. He'll let you wander around. You'll be able to go from all kinds of territories, and, if you have the kings' favors, then you have the life you want. 'Kay?" She turned to Jasiri. "So, how long will it take?"

[Nyota]

"Depends on how the mountains treat us," he says. "And how generous the mountain pride'll be feeling."

Laana stared at Jato expectantly, sitting next to him.

Jioni flattened his ears. "Um...what?" He muttered, confused. His tail slid lower, and he felt uncomfortable under the females watchful gaze. Jioni scuffled a paw in the snow.
